The girls were welcoming from the start! They even played and entertained my demanding toddler whilst I was busy. I felt pampered and relaxed.
The result was just what I asked for and well worth the money!

This was my first visit to a Toni & Guy and I will definitely be going back. I had my hair dyed a pastel pink all over and they did a fantastic job. Nikki did my hair and was very professional but really friendly to talk to. The young girl who washed my hair was lovely too and we had a nice chat. My hair now looks amazing and I would definitely recommend this salon.

Brought my granddaughter in to have balayage done she had never had any colour on her hair before.. Bit disappointed with the end result as was my granddaughter couldn't really see the colours that had been put in all though Nicky was lovely would have still preferred a bit more of an impact especially as its her prom on the 6th July.

Good consultation with Kerry. Very knowledgeable. Love the massage chairs whilst you have your hair washed and head massage to - so relaxing. Very pleased with new style. Highly recommended.

A lovely welcome as I walked in, a drink offered, magazines shared. Kerry was my stylist, a kind attentive young lady, who listened and asked questions regarding the style I wanted. She got the look spot on, thank you very much! Would definitely recommend this salon and Kerry!????

I revisited the salon today to complain about my bad cut & they were so lovely - all is forgiven. Hitesh has recut my hair now himself and although it’s a lot shorter, it looks great & will grow into a great style. Happy again :-) Thanks Hitesh

i booked a trim not realising my regular stylist had left but as I trusted the salon I was happy to book in with a different stylist. I advised I loved the style but it had grown out a bit & I just wanted it trimmed - happy to go as short as she liked but keeping the same style. I didn’t realise, however, how much she was hacking off & I’m now gutted that my short funky but grown out bob has been turned into some sort of boring looking helmet with strange ear flaps! It looked & felt weird in the salon when she’d finished but I thought maybe it was just the way it had been dried & I could funky it up a bit myself at home with product but no! The cut is awful & severe, my fringe is uneven & I’m not sure what’s going on with the ear flaps! I’m really upset as I’m getting married in August & thought my hair was sorted with just a bit of maintenance at my trusted salon. Absolutely gutted :-(

I have to admit I was skeptical if T&G salons but the artistic director and manager altered my perception. Hitesh was great! He was friendly yet professional and was highly skilled. My hair can be tricky for some hairdressers as it’s very thick but Hitesh got it under control! I am now going to use Hitesh as my main hairdresser now ! He’s worth a go for any one wanting to switch from their usual hair salon & stylist. Five star rating we’ll done!

I came in today for a cut and colour, my bob had grown out of shape and wasn’t laying as it should so was a pain to style and my colour desperately needed freshening up as I had a lot of regrowth. I took a photo with me of hair a similar colour (blonde highlighted) to mine with rose gold flashes through it and said this is how I want it coloured! All I can say is wow! My colour is amazing and so pretty, my cut is perfect. I can’t stop looking in the mirror! ???? I love this salon, they’re so professional!

Had my haircut by new stylist Kerry. Once she is fully trained up to T&G standards she will be a great asset to the salon as very pleased with result today. Lovely to see more subtle changes within the salon as well ie plants. Will be lovely to see Neil back soon as he adds to the atmosphere and his knowledge of cutting styles i miss.

Had a colour change at T&G Banbury. Hayley the colourist was fantastic and did an excellent job, plus was lovely to chat to. The other members of staff were also really nice and attentive, providing plenty of coffee and biscuits.

Hetish really listens and has a great understanding of my hair and how I like it. He never fails to deliver and his staff are so friendly.

Loved the cut and style. Hitesh is such a nice man and I enjoy talking to him.

I asked the senior stylist for light blond highlights with an element of dark blond. Instead I got very dark nearly brown highlights with barely any blond.

I was meeting Racheal for the first time but was assured that’s she is brilliant! Well they weren’t wrong! Racheal made me feel comfortable immediately and did exactly as we discussed in the consultation. I love my new cut and felt a million dollars when I left the salon!!

Very good service, went out of their way to find me a late appointment, I got a back massage with the chair whilst having my hair washed followed by head massage and then a blow dry exactly how I asked it to be done including thinning out the fringe - always rely on Toni & Guy (Banbury)

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming! Sonia cut and coloured my hair and I’m over the moon with it! She gave me a lot of advice on the colour and made me feel at ease.

Having called into the salon on the off chance of a cut, I was told Charlotte could cut my hair. She was fantastic! She really listened to my idea’s and the result was fantastic, i look forward to seeing her again!

I recently had my hair cut with Charlotte, and she is wonderful! She is very professional and talked me through exactly what she was doing during the haircut. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Getting your hair dyed for the first time a few days before your wedding would normally be too stressful and scary for any bride to be. I had no choice as my greys were becoming more prominent what felt like every hour leading up to my wedding!

I quickly had to researched a hairdressers in Banbury as that's where I was based for my be wedding day, after reading tons of reviews I went with Tony and Guy and hoped I could get an appointment with Neil.

From the moment I called the branch I knew I had made the right choice. Neil was Amazing on the phone and talked through my options you quickly come to know this guy has experience and knows his stuff!

Neil worked his magic on my hair which looked and felt beautiful! wow the colour was amazing! he managed to cover all my "blonde hair! as he called them!

The time I spent in the salon was relaxing and comfortable and I felt really looked after. So I would absolute recommend Neil, you won’t be disappointed with the results and the fun packed professional service he provides.

He is now going to be my Hairdresser for life and I'm prepared to travel 3 hours to see him to have my hair done!
