Sadie, thank you for your feed back. We are very pleased to know you loved the results of your recent Keratin Smoothing treatment, but are saddened to learn you felt the bill you were presented with at the end of your visit was unreasonable.
By attending TONI&GUY, a premium brand salon, you have chosen to be looked after by skilled stylists, trained over years within an award winning academy sytem and, as you would expect, our service prices reflect this.
You were charged as advertised for the keratin smoothing treatment, and we believe your stylist, a senior and highly skilled member of our team, spent time on your cut and finish, so we a had to charge accordingly. The Label M Anti-Frizz Soothing Balm, a salon quality product was £25.
We appreciate these additional costs may not have been communicated clearly and have advised our staff across the board to always advise clients of any addition costs that may be incurred should they want to change the original appointment registered on our system.
