I never actually caught the name of the young lady that cut my hair but she done a fantastic job! Fully listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly!

I'd actually had a really awful day but I left the salon with a huge smile on my face and a spring in my step thanks to the great treatment and wonderful staff.

The stylist was lovely but I am disappointed with how short she went.
She did say it would be just above shoulder length and it is actually jaw length

I always get a fabulous hair cut at this wonderful salon. Had Maisie today who did a fab job with my straight hair bob cut and I am very pleased. All staff so friendly and professional. Very relaxing hair wash, cannot fault this salon. Purchased some summer hair care products in a handy zip pack. Thank you Maisie and all staff as you are a great team!!

Hitesh spent the entire 3.5 hours colouring my hair. We didn't discuss too much the end result, but I was really pleased with the results! Full head foils and toner. My hair colour and texture looks and feels really good. I can be quite critical and some what nervous of new hair stylists. Thankfully I no longer need to find a NEW one ;)

Always love coming to get my hair cut and blow dried. Always leave feeling totally relaxed and looking great. Recieved lots of lovely compliments too.

Lydia did an amazing job on my flat and greying hair today. She added amazing subtle colour and styled it beautifully. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend ?

As usual Lydia was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. The only downside (and I don't blame her) was that she seemed to have been double booked so it ended up taking a lot longer than I anticipated.

I was let down by "a salon" yesterday and was devastated with their response saying that they ONLY booked me for a consultation rather than a haircut! I sat in my car saying "I need a haircut badly!" and whilst I was sat in my car googling the salon near Banbury, Toni&Guy appeared on the top list! SO I tried my luck and rang the salon. A lady answered the call and told me that there were a slot available at 1900hrs (whoohhoooo!! Lucky me!) and so I booked the time slot! Soon as I arrived the Salon, I was surprised to see Hitesh there. I've known this guy and her lovely wife many years ago (used to be his and his wife's Client by the way). I was so happy to see a familiar face at Toni&Guy and after I told Hitesh the style I'm after (well, he is the pro) and he just done this amazing haircut ever!! I am the old me again (with more confidence now) for having this new look and a hairstyle (Thanks to Hitesh!) :-) Price is slightly more than I expected BUT, it's the price I am willing to pay coz he made my day yesterday! Highly Recommend this Salon!

Patient listening as ever, from Hitesh, who has given me the transformation from bob of 20 years to a lighter much shorter creation that I needed. His cut is impeccable, what I love too, is he is always thoughtfully honest in his advice including what really would help me in my choice of hair and treatment Thanks Hitesh!

Hair cut good I always find that hairdressers don’t fully understand how working with thin hair has its issues.
Will see how it goes when washing my hair and blow drying it myself.
Thickening cream was put on my hair before cutting.
Just to remind hairdressers thin hair needs more thought when styling. Fantastic hair wash and massage.

My experience was very nice from being greeted at reception to leaving. My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted & I left the salon with exactly what I wanted & very happy. The young lady who washed my hair was lovely too, I really enjoyed my head massage.

Honestly confusing. Price online was different to what I actually had to pay. Charged me an extra £32 just to dry my hair at the end of it (they didn’t tell me this would cost extra either). I only had it bleached and dyed and it ended up costing me £122.

Josh made an amazing job understanding what I want to do with my hair. He pulled off a stunning color,just how I imagined it and he finished my hair transformation by adding some beautifully done bouncy layers. I am in love with this look and all thanks to Josh. Last but not least, he has a lovely personality and it’s so easy to make a conversation with him!

Josh cut and styled my hair beautifully and I am really happy with my cut. We had a lovely chat as well and put the world to rights!

Josh was great! He accepted me as a walk in customer and listened to what I wanted. He asked questions to make sure he was able to understand exactly what I wanted to help me get as close to it as possible.
I had a balayage done at a different salon 5 months ago and it didn't turn out as imagined. I gave it a trial run but now I wanted to get it closer to what I originally wanted.
Josh was able to tone my hair to a gorgeous colour that I am so happy with. So close to what I pictured. He also glossed it and now it looks so shiny and healthy.
He was friendly and approachable and he checked with me if I was happy with the colour before styling. He told me the gradual colour changes to expect and how long it should last before needing a freshen up. Overall, very pleased.

Yasmin always does brilliant hair, to perfection. She also helped with purchase of a styling brush which I needed to buy today. Love this salon as provides such excellent customer service and their products are wonderful too. The styling brush is lovely to use. I also use their anti frizz products which are fab an my hair in damp weather. Thank you Yasmin, great job.

While visiting the UK from USA booked appointment for haircut at Toni &Guy. The whole experience was amazing! Professional, courteous staff who took care of me so well and made me feel really comfortable. Hitesh was my stylist and really listened to my thoughts and what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with my bob, precision cut and amazing! This is the second time I have been here and will return on my subsequent visits.
Wish I had a salon like this in California!

Hair wash and head massage was lovely from Keira. ***** was shown a picture of they style I’d like. She agreed it would work and she could do. Felt like she did her own thing and I looked nothing like the picture I was aiming for. When I suggested layering my hair (to make it look how I wanted it), she told me it looked fine at it was. I was too mortified to argue and after paying a ridiculous amount of money I left in tears. Honestly disappointed is an understatement.

I went into Toni and Guy, with a clear picture in mind of what I wanted to go for. After showing my ideal hair to the stylist. I was advised on what that would actually consist of and gave him the go ahead to do what he thought was best. The end result was more than I could have asked for and was much better than any other salon I had tried before. I will keep coming back because of the friendly and warm environment, whilst maintaining professional and receiving amazing results.

My daughter had her hair cut yesterday with Lydia. She wanted her long hair cut really short. Lydia did a wonderful job, not only with the cut but also styling advice. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. They made it a really special experience for my daughter.

Have you ever had someone sit down in front of you and listen? I mean really listen? They’re not tweaking your hair at same time, they’re not looking around the salon. No, they are hearing me . I’d had a bad haircut during lockdown And a tough time personally ( haven’t we all?) Hitesh listened. Then and only when I’d finished he told me and explained how everything would be ok.

After years of disappointment, finally I have found somebody who can do my hair just the way I like it. I’ve got nice, ash-blond highlights, not yellow or orange! Thank you, Josh! I will be coming back!
