Very thorough cut and blow dry.
Only negative comments were it took someone a long time to acknowledge that I was waiting at the reception desk to book in. Everyone looked at me but didn’t comment to say we’ll be with you in a minute, just ignored.

Sidonie was very thorough but extremely quiet and almost comes across as not very confident but am really pleased with the cut - thank you.

Having had my hair cut and coloured hundreds of times and used T&G Banbury for about four years, I have never had an experience quite like it.
To apply the highlights my hair was tugged and pulled for over an hour until my scalp was quite sore. To move my head, rather than ask me, the stylist would just jerk my hair sharply or move it with her hands without a word. This wasn't now and again, it was every five minutes. I had to sit with my head at a variety of uncomfortable angles for long periods of time...no stylist has ever required this! After almost an hour I said I couldn't move my head any further to create a more extreme angle and I was told 'Well, the colour will not be applied all the way to the root then'.
For the cut, the stylist would press her hand into my eye socket without warning or request to close my eyes and stood astride my legs- again no one has ever felt the need to do this ever before while working on my hair. The blow dry was again more scalp pain as my hair was pulled and yanked. After four years I won't be back to the salon. This is supposed to be a pleasant experienc. Not an ordeal, for the stylist to perfect their art in whatever way they please on their models.

Leo was amazing - really attentive and thorough. I absolutely love the colour - he really listened to what I wanted. He washed my hair and gave the best scalp massage then did a really good cut and blow dry - exactly what I wanted. You can tell when stylists are rushing to finish and they get sloppy - but Leo was so gentle and took his time. Highly recommend!

I am now a regular at Toni and Guy Banbury and have consistently had great service there. I recently coloured my hair for the first time and the results have been amazing.
On this occasion I returned for a simple cut and blow dry, Leo took care of me and as per usual I left feeling happy and looking better than when I came in.
The staff take time to listen to you, make good recommendations and always know you by name.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever had and the most expensive. I usually see Nikki who is the most amazing stylist but due to being off I had to see someone else. I have gone back to get it sorted by Leo, he has done his best. But I have come out with a really sort hair cut. It was the only way to try to put it right.

I have been a regular customer in Toni and Guy for the past 5 years or so. And out of all people that have washed my hair, Leo has absolutely been the best at doing so. He has a fantastic technique of washing hair and head massaging. As I am honest, he is my favourite person at when it comes to hair wash and I would really much appreciate that it’s him that would do my hair wash each time I come back. To finalise everything he is fantastic and I would like him to hear and read this review.

Absolute brilliant hair cut, really took on board how I wanted the end result to look. Spot on, even friends said it’s the best cut they had seen with my current style, have already booked another appointment for end of Feb. Fingers crossed you’ll be open by then ?.
