Was a bit nervous as Hubble had booked as a surprise; plus I hadn’t had a haircut for a while (at least professional not myself!). Yasmin put me totally at ease, giving advice whilst also listening to me. The clean friendly salon & PPE made for a relaxing experience with a great haircut. My hair had become very damaged and and I lost my natural curls. My hair became very frizzy and breakage was very noticeable, despite using top quality hair products recommended for my type of hair.
I decided on Keratin Smoothing, following lots of research. Two days after treatment I washed my hair and amazingly I was able to 'wash and go' for the first time in years. Frizz has become soft bouncy curls, with absolutely no fuss. Thanks also to Leo for minimalistic trim, that was needed. I would definitely recommend this treatment.

When the salons reopened in July I couldn’t wait to get back into the salon and get my hair cut with my favourite stylist. I had really long hair that was splitting as a result of lock down so I opted for a blunt cut long Bob. It was probably a bit shorter than the inspirational pictures I provided but it was nearly what I was after so I went away happy and left a good review. Since then I found the blunt cut hard to manage as my hair is naturally wavy, so I asked for the ends to be broken up a bit with some long layers and for the bit where it gets longer at the front to be evened off. I even provided a photo. What I’ve ended up with is a nightmare of short layers, the bit at the front is so short it wraps around my ears. She’s pulled the layers up when she was cutting it and it’s resulted in layers that are far too short. By the time it got to the front I could only then see what had happened she it was too late. I had to rush to collect my daughter and just wanted to get out of the chair as quickly as possible to be honest. I’m very disappointed, I thought I had built up quite a good relationship with ***** and the salon but now I don’t even want to look at my hair in the mirror. I was very clear about what I was after and even said I was growing it back as the long Bob didn’t work for me and now it’s even shorter and with monster layers. Bonus. I have a mullet, fantastic. Thanks for that.

A wonderful transformation!!

Having not had my hair cut or professionally coloured in 5 months ( due to lockdown) I was absolutely desperate. I had home dyed my roots and my hair was too long, dry on the ends and a ghastly shade of yellow. I needed a total overhaul. Having attended a consultation with Nicky, prior to my appointment, to discuss my wishes, I attended a week later. Yasmin coloured my hair. She was incredibly thorough with attention to detail and I felt confident sat in the chair that it was going to be how I expected. Even rinsing the hair- I never feel like it’s rinsed enough but she thoroughly rinsed my hair. The salon owner ( sorry, I forgot your name) cut my hair exactly how I had asked. I genuinely couldn’t of been more pleased with the outcome. I normally leave a salon happyish with my hair, go home and wash it straight away as I don’t like how it’s been blow dried. This was not the case this time. I was genuinely over the moon with the cut , colour and blow dry. This may sound like a fake review as I am so happy with everything but it is totally real and I never write reviews. I will definitely return .

I loved the service and loving my new hair! Josh was super nice and made me feel confident and welcome. He was also just all in all nice to chat to.
Everybody at the salon seemed super welcoming and it’s a great atmosphere to be in. And they have massage chairs on the hair washing station which is a great addition to the pampering you get already!❤️?

This was my first visit to T&G, Banbury. Yasmin interpreted my request exceptionally well, and the colours were spot-on too. Very pleased with the result (though it cost quite a bit more than I'm used to paying for a haircut!). My only slight concern was the face coverings the stylists were wearing. Because the stylist stands above you, when he/she breathes out, the air goes straight down the visor and onto the client. Personally, I would feel safer if they didn't wear those. I also don't understand the point of disposable towels, when towels are usually laundered after each use.

Great cut poor service

I really do like my haircut but unfortunately I was made to feel so uncomfortable I don’t think I’ll be returning. I went to pay, not realising they didn’t accept American Express and had no other payment method, I was made to feel like a criminal. The receptionist was nice and pointed me to the nearest cash point as they didn’t know how to take payments over the phone (I even called someone to pay over the phone) but on my return I had comments like ‘oh I didn’t think you’d come back’. I am absolutely shocked that you’d say that to a new customer, I even left a tip because I felt bad. I honesty wish I hadn’t. It’s meant to be a nice relaxing experience and it was the complete opposite.

Obviously my colour especially was well overdue - Hitesh transformed my difficult, thick heavy hair. I highly recommend him - he is brilliant with scissors and colour
