After months of isolation and slowly watching my hair grow long, unkempt and frizzy, it was a pleasure to finally get excellent treatment to tame the tangled beast. Perfect service. It felt so good to see about myself for a change.

Josh was great — I was due a cut before lockdown and my hair was looking pretty haggard before I went in. By the time I left my hair was so shiny and healthy again — he really worked miracle with the keratin and haircut!

Lovely to get a post lockdown cut. Felt really safe with the social distancing measures and PPE.

Good solid haircut - yasmin always does good, flexible styles which holds their shape for ages. This was tested during the lockdown and only went scarecrow like in the latter month :)

I miss the frothy coffee which hopefully will come back as the conditions ease.

Feel so much better now all my colour has been cut out and I’ve gone grey. Emma took plenty of time to deal with the mop of hair I’d developed despite the fact I was the last client. Delighted

Emma is the perfect stylist for me. She is very professional and confident.My colour looks amazing. My hair is not easy to manage but her experience makes my blow dry fabulous. Furthermore, they have put in place all the measures for covid -19 to keep both the clients and themselves safe.

Enjoyable & relaxing

Just had may hair style change and cut with Josh, he was amazing! Took his time to chat with me, did not rush while cutting my hair, he was very friendly and patient. I felt like I was in very good hands, could not be happier with end result and consultation how to look better after may hair, so 5* to Josh, and everyone working there, definitely found yourself a regular customer! :)

Haircut Superb as usual, a little strange that it was so quite not the normal hustle and bustle but that’s understandable due to the current circumstances and the social distancing, if it means I can still visit the salon then I’m more than happy to following all the guidelines that are in place.

Josh has cut my hair before, he is a lovely lad and think he is excellent at what he does, I had let someone chop my hair during lockdown and it looked like a bowl cut if I’m honest
He fixed the mess I have made very well and I can now be seen in public

I was nervous about my 1st trip to the hairdressers since lockdown but it was a great experience. Only 3 staff and 3 customers in the salon at any time so very spread out. Provided with own mask, disposable cape. Hairdresser wore visor and I wore the disposable mask. All felt very calm and relaxing. Love the massage chair when having my hair washed. Felt very safe and relaxed throughout. Highly recommend

I managed to get an appointment on Saturday and felt completely safe and protected from the moment I entered the salon. I was welcomed, informed of what I needed to do and straight into the haircut. I recieved a superb service throughout and it felt very much like an usual haircut. Thank you.

I was put at ease as soon as I walked into the salon. I was initially very nervous. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Josh was his usual friendly self and I relaxed almost immediately. A very enjoyable experience as usual under unusual circumstances. Thank you Josh for working a miracle once again.

A lovely much needed cut and restyle. Yasmin did a great job ensuring I got exactly what I wanted as usual. It was a pleasant relaxing experience and nice to be back. I left feeling so much better! I felt very reassured that everything was done to ensure everyone’s safety.

Staff very professional and polite, was very pleased with the stylist, she did a very good job of my hair, as I was very happy with it. Felt safe with p p e gear I had to wear, salon very clean, excellent service.

A really relaxing visit despite the difficult circumstances and Emma gave great service and a perfect cut as usual.

First day after lockdown eased. I discovered to my surprise and delight about a week ago that I was able to book an appointment online for Sat 4th.
I was seriously impressed with the well considered health and safety measures put in place to address the risks surrounding Covid19. The atmosphere was, as always, friendly and relaxed. Face masks and visors did not compromise conversation.
Emma did a great job cutting and styling my hair - she always does.
If you have any concerns about your safety in a salon under the present circumstances, put them to one side because this salon has thought of everything and changes in operating procedures are very well organised.

I like having my haircut by yasmin. She doesn’t force conversation (which is difficult for me as am deaf and need to take hearing aids out) and does a good job. Today was a bit short at the front but hair grows and I know it’ll look decent for a while. Good flexible cut.

I enjoyed a very good experience, both the shampoo and head massage by Leo and the hairstyling by Josh. Very pleased with the result.

I enjoyed my first visit to this salon. The person who washed my hair gave me a lovely massage too. Emma was very good, listening to what I told her & taking plenty of time with me. I left the salon with perfectly styled hair having enjoyed the whole experience.

I am so very very pleased with the coloured highlights & cut & blow dry, all styled by Yasmin. She paid great attention to what style & colour I wished for, not always easy with a new client. She was meticulous and creative in all that she did and a pleasure to meet. .

Not at all happy. My hair has been cut way shorter than the style I wanted. I even had very good pictures but ended up with something completely different. I asked twice if she was sure she wasnt cutting it 2 short. So the nice red colour just looks rubbish now u can see my sculp.

The thing I love most about toni&guy Banbury is not just the excellent job they do at styling my hair. It's the personal touch, I walk in there and they address me by name and they make me feel very welcome.

As usual, punctual, friendly and cut and styled my hair exactly as I wanted.
