I spent 4 hours in the salon today and every action and interaction with all members of staff was exceptional. I had my colour done with Andrea and cut and blow dry with hitesh. I have also seen Andrea before for a blow dry. During my time today in the salon Andrea arranged for a girl from the new salon upstairs to come down and do a gel manicure whilst I was waiting which I really appreciated. The fact that there is a full service beauty upstairs and they work closely togejter is a major plus when you’re busy. Andrea understood what I wanted, explained what she was doing and her thought process behind her choices. She recommended an extra treatment without being pushy, I did choose it and it feels great. Hitesh did a great cut, used really good products and the blow dry is fab. The only thing I will say is that they are expensive, more than I have paid in London in well known salons but the result is perfect and exactly what I wanted so I’m not complaining. 100% recommend.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a Toni & Guy.
I think the stylist struggled to scissor cut my hair at the back and sides.
As a result, my hair is a bit patchy with areas of different length and one part sticking up at the back no matter how much product I put on it!
I’ll now have to wait until my hair ‘grows out,’ in order to have it re-styled.

I had a great experience today getting my hair cut. The staff were very attentive. I had a nicely presented pot of tea. Leo washed my hair and gave me a very relaxing head massage. Hitesh spend some time discussing the style I wanted and gave me lots of advice on what would suit me and my lifestyle - so a quick way of styling when I’m in a hurry and products to keep my hair looking good. The cut is great and I feel fabulous. Thank you all.

Arrived at the salon unfortunately the stylist I had booked was delayed in a traffic jam .
hitesh asked if I would like him to cut my hair rather than wait .
He was attentive and listened to what I wanted .He gave me advice and explained the products he used on my hair.

Hitesh did the most wonderful job on my crazy fluffy frizzy hair today, and considering I booked on to have a blow dry I meant to have a cut and finish and he didnt mind changing the appointment to give me what I actually intended to come in for. Such an amazing job done thank you so much :)

Great cut and colour. Fab service and the hair wash was the best of my life. Sadly I cannot name the assistant but he was fabulous!
