Came in feeling apprehensive, left feeling fabulous. The colour, the cut and overall day spent at the salon was fantastic! Thank you.

My mum said I looked like I had come off the cover of Vogue. Chris is a very good very professional hairdresser.

Melissa is so lovely. I explained that I’m growing out me relaxer as I have afro hair and don’t want a big chop, but to take off the ends over time. She did an amazing job. Gave me advice and went through the products she’d used on my hair.

The girl that washed my hair gave me a hair massage rather than a head one. Slightly odd but I guess she’s just learning.

I went in for a trim and came out with the worst hair cut and red hair!!!! Don’t know what was used on my hair but it has still left a horrible red tint!! Don’t recommend this Toni and guy at all.

I booked full head of highlighted @ £155 and I was charged £280 for service that was not discussed with me nor it’s cost nor I booked it! I also was charged £45 for working equipment that they use - real cost if it £10 max ! Shame as next time I should take my own products! This is against Consumer right and I will be taking action against this along with reports to Trading Standards! Total scandal

As always, great reception, so very welcoming from the start. Lovely stylist and colourist, really friendly who give great advice and listen to your needs and views. Always so satisfied with the outcome.

Fabulous, I love my hair

I received exceptional service again today and all the staff I dealt with were really friendly and enthusiastic. Lauren made my hair look amazing again and always goes the extra mile to ensure that I leave the salon absolutely delighted.

I asked to my hair dresser for a specific layered hair cut and she did something completely different. I believe that if she were listened to me, she could have achieved how I wanted my hair cut. Instead of telling me how I should want my haircut.

Haircut was great as usual. Just want to ask about the NHS discount. I was told that it does not cover Saturday. However mostly we work Monday to Friday so I was wondering if there could be an amendment on the discount criteria?

I had a consultation with laura regarding my hair as I was unhappy with my hair colour done by another salon. Laura immediately understood what I needed and the end result was fantastic! I would strongly recommend Laura for hair colouring!. Also, a special thankyou to the lady assisted Laura with my hair colouring! Christoph blowdried my hair beautifully. Booked to have my hair done as soon as they resumed work. Arrived on time, told I couldn't have it as I hadn't 'confirmed on my mobile.' I don't use a mobile at home. Been a customer for 6 years and my landline is on their details. Won't be going back.

first time here very welcoming on arrival. Did not have to wait long. Very polite and listen to what you want to have done. Loved the head massage very relaxing after a busy week. Best haircut I ever had and my hairdresser was spot on. Will be back and would recommend to family n friends.

Great & with my regular stylist, taking COVID precautions seriously. The only bad is the environment ie noisy, relentless music etc it’s very tiring

First time I’ve been to Toni and Guy in Oxford. I’m from the Netherlands and normally go to Toni and Guy in Haarlem. Marion gave me a very good cut and blow dry. Every bit as good as Haarlem ?

Absolutely wonderful experience at the salon today. Lauren cut my hair to perfection and was so accommodating with new ideas and advice. Such a lovely person to chat to and made my day. Thank you and see you soon :)

Really good and Covid safe

The whole team and handling covid so professionally, it really put me at ease and meant I could enjoy my haircut. The atmosphere was friendly and had a really positive energy. LC did a fantastic job as always. Would recommend!

I go to this salon for 2 years now, and I will continue to do so as the team is very professional and really looking after each customer.
I have curly hair and had issues in the past to find hairdressers who knew how to cut it, in this salon I am confident that they will do a great job, especially as I book the most senior team members

As always my visit today - Ellie coloured and Lauren cut my hair - was a pleasure. Customer service is obviously very important here and that is always evident.

Highlight of my weekend, really look forward to having my hair cut, LC does such a great job and it’s always a lovely welcome from the whole team!

After a criminal move on my part for using box dye over the lockdown period, I've really regretted that move on my part. But, thankfully my technician really did everything she possibly could to achieve my dream look and some how revive my coloured hair. She was so friendly, inviting and absolutely delightful and I cannot wait for my next visit in a few weeks time. The team are wonderful!

I was very impressed with how Christophe cut my hair: he paid real attention to what I said, and spent considerable time getting it just right.
I was also impressed by being charged the rate for the stylist I should have had, and not the higher rate that is usually charged for Cristophe.
Is delighted, too, to be offered an appointment at all in all the pressure before Lockdown 2.
