My first time at Toni and Guy and I was very happy with the whole experience. I am in my late 80s and am very slow in moving about but I was never rushed and everyone was very kind and helpful. Lauren was eager to find out what I wanted and made useful suggestions also. And I was impressed with the measures taken to make the salon Covid safe. I shall return.

Consistently excellent all round

Great colour and cut as always, but a long, cold 35 minute wait in between the two marred the experience unfortunately.

I had a really lovely experience and the styling director Lauren, who cut my hair, was so friendly. She really helped me feel more confident with my decision on changing my hairstyle and did a fantastic job. Very pleased with how it looked and i will definitely return next time i need my hair doing. Thanks so much Lauren! - imogen

Melissa did a great job cutting my hair, it was exactly how I wanted it, the layers were very precise and just the right length. Nice blow dry as well that lasted and didn’t go flat.

Getting your hair done by Maryam is always a pleasure. She knows exactly what I am looking for and delivers everytime. The team at the Oxford branch is great and really pleasant.

Both the manager and the hairdresser took time to advice me. They were very nice and professional.

Gemma always does a fantastic job colouring and putting some pieces through my hair. Lauren finished it off with a lovely blow dry. One happy customer!

Great colour appointment with Laura today (and a good cut from LC on Friday).
All very well organised, my only negative comment would be that whilst we’re all wearing masks, the background music can make it difficult to have conversations.

Excellent C19 compliance, felt very safe and had the best gents hair cut from Jamie @ Oxford. So nice to have someone listen and then execute the cut exactly as you had hoped!

Really great service and all covid safety precautions were taken overall very pleased. Hairdresser gave me exactly what I asked for without taking off much length and kept asking my opinion throughout.

I am very happy with my haircut and would highly recommend Melissa, one of the senior stylists. The salon has put extra safety measures in place due to Covid which is reassuring.

The staff are fantastic at Oxford’s town salon. Extremely professional from the Manager to the trainees . It is always a wonderful experience as they always give expert advice and you are never disappointed. I can’t recommend the salon enough. Well done to all the staff. You are all amazing!

Pricy service. My hair struggled through the blowdry.. i feel like i lost half of my hair. I didn’t get any volume and the curls were meh. To be fair I didn’t ask for a change butbi expect good results without having to ask for more volume and less pain

I booked a haircut with Jamie, and I left from the saloon totally different person. Jamie is amazing and very experienced. I definitely recommend him.
