Jamie cut my daughter's hair and done an absolute brilliant job.
There isn't many hairdressers that can do her hair as its very long and curly but Jamie is amazing with doing her hair.
The cut and finish was beautiful and i'm so grateful to him as my daughter felt so happy and special when he had finished. Thankyou once again for a brilliant job!!!!

Pleased with my haircut

I had my colour done today with Gemma for the first time. She was fantastic and it’s definitely the best colour I’ve had done before. She listened to exactly what I wanted and it took no time at all. The Covid regulations were fab. Overall I was very happy.

Jaime did my post lock down hair cut today. The result is fantastic. The measures in place for me to feel safe were spot on. Jaime understood me and my requirements and I am delighted with the result. Thank you

Brilliant as ever and all very safe with the new arrangements

After lockdown that was my first visit in 6 months. I trusted the stylist to give me a cut thst would suit my face and I m really pleased about it he just found what I needed. Then it went further, since i could not dye my hair straight away he took the time and used his imagination to turn my roots into an advantage at end it looked like I had don3 some highlights on purpose.
My stylist was friendly and actually listened to my request and really went an extra lengh to make me happy.
I will surely go back soon.

Brilliant job really pleased with it. He really found a cut that suit me i was right to trust him. He also made the most of my long roots as i had to wait for the colour a few days. At the end it looked like it was on purpose i m 100% happy and will return soon.

Jamie took his time, from shampooing to styling, and made the whole experience very enjoyable, will defiantly be back.

The hair colour with Laura and hair style are both excellent. Wearing a mask given rather than my own is annoying as it kept slipping and is full of single use plastic and so bad for the planet.

From the point of booking to leaving the salon after my appointment I felt really welcome and really looked after. The receptionist, stylist (Jaime) and lady who washed my hair were all very professional and friendly putting me at ease. As my first trip to hairdressers since covid came about I was apprehensive but I found the whole experience relaxing. Jaime really listened and gave great advice and suggestions. I love my new layered cut and my hair feels really bouncy! I will look forward to my next cut in a couple of months time knowing I'm in goof hands! Thank you Toni & Guy x ?

Hi, I had my first visit back to the salon today since February and just wanted to say how great the setup is. It's clearly very safe and all the staff are still very professional and caring in what must be a very challenging work environment. And Laura gave me the loveliest cut as usual !!

From the moment I arrived Chris gave me 100% service. It was my first time out in two months as I had knee operation he was so kind in helping make my experience a very good one . I’ve never ever been this pleased and at ease during a haircut. Usually going to the hairdressers would give me a lot of anxiety as I’d come out not always 100% satisfied with either the length etc. Despite having to deal with such a long and thick hair, Chris was so helpful by listening to exactly what I required and was really engaging throughout the process. The importance given to the clients requirement yet making very useful suggestions made it so reassuring. During this period of time, their standards in hygiene and approach to mitigate the chances of a spread really was impressive. It was a clear indication that safety was the prime importance that they gave to the minute you get into Toni&Guy! I would highly recommend Chris to anyone because he was extremely kind and very professional and gave me one of the best experiences during these stressful times. I loved the transformation that I had and this will definitely not be my last visit to Toni&Guy! Thank you Chris and to all the wonderful team members at Toni&Guy!

Hair cut was great and the head massage was very good.

£51 pounds to just trim split ends is a bit too much tho.

Saw Gemma and Lauren on 21st for a bit of essential maintenance. Both are great at what they do, really pleased with the excellent service I received. Such lovely, warm girls!
