It was fantastic

Came in today - first trip post lockdown. I was so impressed with the new set up. I felt not just safe but the staff also really made you feel comfortable and secure. I was also really impressed with how they dealt with a customer who didn’t want to follow the new protocols. And to top it off Laura transformed my 4 months of growth! My partner was so impressed and stated ‘ some how she’s made you handsome’ !!! Worth every penny. Thanks to all of the Oxford T&G team. It’s great to be back.

I'm very disappointed with my hair cut. There was no understanding on the hairstylist part. The cut needs correction.

Pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting it to be great but much better than I anticipated. Be nice to chat and have a coffee without face masks but we have to do what we have to do.

Came for a colour & cut after the recent closures due to COVID19 and I was very impressed with the organisation amongst the Oxford Team. I felt very safe and looked after during my visit.

Jaime couldn’t have been more attentive, warm and reassuring. He cut my hair beautifully and gave me the most wonderful curly blowout. It felt like a very spoiling experience (even with the face masks and plastic gowns). Thank you Jaime!

Maryam was amazing at tidying up my thick curly hair! She has curly hair herself and knew exactly how to approach it, she’s the first stylist to offer to diffuse my hair upside down which made a big difference and I’ll definitely be going to her again. Everyone in the salon seemed confident to deal with the new hygiene measures for COVID and it felt really safe and clean.

Always a fantastic experience

On arrival, I was immediately handed a sealed parcel which contained a medical mask, a put-it-on-yourself plastic cape and a personal towel. Everything is cleaned between appointments so I felt very reassured. LC wore a mask and face visor but chatted away as normal. I got a great cut as always, which helps to set the reset button after lockdown.

As always Laura was most professional and friendly during my visit and I am as, always, very pleased with my hair colour.

I've never been here before so I did enjoy the experience and the stylist was very good at her job and suggested a couple of options! I did have a fringe cut and normally I get a free fringe cut in between cuts so I was disappointed this isn't on offer! I do think the price charged was very expensive though.

always have the best experience at toni and guy, no matter what state my hair is in, gemma manages to work her magic and get incredible results. such a friendly environment and coping very well with the new covid-19 measures.

Finally back to the hairdresser, after the lockdown, to cover my dark roots. Gemma is always understanding about my needs and I am very happy with results. I have done highlights to look blonde but still natural. I was a little bit scared about damaging my hair because of the treatment, but actually it's so soft and silky now. Thank you very much!

Being Southeast Asian I was initially hesitant about going to a non-Asian hair salon. However, Jaime was very experienced and did a wonderful job. I will be returning to him to get a hair cut.

Maryam took time to listen to what I wanted and discussed options with me. I am very pleased with the result and precision of the cut. It was dried perfectly too.

After such a long time, yet another brilliant haircut! Also very impressed by hygiene standards.

Jaime was really attentive to what I wanted and cut/styled my hair really well, it matched the photo perfectly!! He also used toner while washing it which refreshed my colour as well. It was a really relaxing experience, I’ll definitely come back to have my hair cut by him again!! Very happy with how it looks :)

I have been seeing Maryam for many years and she is a very talented, attentive and charming stylist. She listens carefully and is both graceful and discreet.

This was my first haircut since the end of February. I think that it has probably been one of the best I’ve had over the years coming here, although LC’s standards are always very high! Very consistently excellent service

Liked the individualised pack, with mask and towel etc. And surprised how well the haircut 'fits' even when cut while wearing a mask. Very glad I came! Thoroughly good experience! Thank you.

Nice haircut and really pleasant experience but slightly pricey

Jaime was wonderful, I had a great cut, a really relaxing head massage, I thought he would be expensive as I had assumed he was a senior member of staff, but the cut only cost £45! I would like to cut my hair every time please.
