After 5 months, this was the most welcome haircut and a Lauren seemed excited to do it. I am very pleased!

I was not satisfied with my original haircut but you guys really stepped up and sorted it out for me brilliantly. Really happy now with the final result. Great service.

Personal, professional service as always. Gemma is a Master at her art! I have had numerous compliments on my subtle hair colour even at the end of lockdown!

Very good C-19 protection regime except disappointed to have to swap my FFP2 standard face mask for T&G less effective face covering.

I was slightly nervous of how the social distancing would work. On arrival I was handed a sealed pack containing medical grade mask, plastic apron and my own towel. The staff wore aprons, masks and face screens. I was asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival. I felt the salon had thought long and hard about how to keep people safe. There was distancing between stylist tables and screens at the wash basin. Thank you for taking the safety of your staff and customers seriously.

First time at Toni & Guy and first “real” haircut in 5 months. It’s a different experience in the new post Covid world so I figured I would look to make it as comfortable as I could. I can’t fault Toni & Guy in their preparedness and I was made to feel welcomed and valued on arrival. Christophe delivered a great cut and seems like a really genuine nice guy.

Highly organised, clean salon where the staff manage to remain friendly and positive despite all the PPE etc. I had a great cut and colour and they sell shampoo and other products to take away too. Brilliant ?

Lauren was great as ever for first post Covid cut. Although adapting to the new normal still delivered best service possible!

Jaime gave me brilliant cut, just what I wanted. Easy to care for, looks good all day. Jamie, I promise never to cut my fringe again, I know I did a terrible job!

I found it difficult to hear him with all the background noises going on (hair driers; people chatting). He listened to my request as to what I wanted to have done to my hair and I am happy with how he cut it.

So pleased with the colour, looks amazing. Very shiny and great colour. You were absolutely correct about going for a lighter colour. Thank you.

Lauren has been looking after my wigs as a cancer patient for years. Sadly, after two price rises I can’t afford to continue with her.

Fantastic service from Gemma and Elsie, as always. corrected my 4 month lockdown roots and style perfectly. Felt completely at ease and safe. Lots of precautions, sanitisation and cleaning in place throughout. Thank you guys!

Lovely welcome and experience, very impressed with the salon approach to staff and customers. You have thought it through. Everyone very cheerful and friendly, as always, and even though there’s a lot of extra kit for every to deal with, it didn’t spoil the enjoyment of a long overdue cut.

Having not had my hair done since the end of Jan, due to travelling and then Covid - it is really wonderful to be pampered and transformed. The salon handled social distancing well - but I missed my lovely cup of coffee!!!

So it was my first hair in almost 5 months. I was booked for a trim the weekend after lockdown, so it’s been a looong time coming.
I was desperate. My original cute pixie cut was now a shaggy mess.
Jaime rose to the challenge, he transformed it into a short, sharp bob. Exactly what I hoped for.
The salon has done a great job of setting themselves up in this uncertain post COVID situation. Every customer is supplied with a ‘personal’ hygiene pack including mask, apron and towel. The staff are all wearing masks and visors.

I had my hair cut for the first time this year and a few days after salons were able to open after the COVID lockdown and everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and could see it getting cleaned regularly and after every customer. I was looked after and would recommend going there. I didn’t feel judged and was comfortable knowing that my safety was just as important as the staff’s.

It was fantastic. Lauren as always does my hair brilliantly and she is lovely.

Gemma did my colour and Chris did the cut . Both as brilliant as always but this was special as it was the first out of lockdown. It was a very good experience.

Yet another brilliant haircut from Lauren. Plus a really excellent experience, well prepared and felt well organised given the implemented changes.

What a welcomed experience to be back in the salon visiting these wonderful people. Safety was paramount to them - PPE packs handed out to clients, staff changing their own aprons etc after every client and cleaning down and sanitising their area for your protection. I wanted to title this AMAZING EFFORT but this sounds like they didn’t succeed but they definitely did! Busy weeks ahead for then but the clients are in the best of hands. Thank you for a great job on making me feel and look like me again and for your attention to the finer details of COVID-19 safety!

Despite the distancing and hygiene rules which obviously complicate running the salon, the staff were all smiley and welcoming. Excellent cut by the lovely Christophe, as always - thank you, so very glad you’re all back!
