After months without a haircut, I was so relieved when the salon reopened. The safety measures are really well thought out. As usual Chris was fantastic and did a great job with cutting my hair and fixing it after months without a cut in lockdown caused it to be very dry and damaged. Thank you!

Terrible service, didnt fix sideburns that were last cut 6 months ago. Didnt trim hair on the back of the neck either. I styled my hair better before the haircut than the hairstylist.

Brill haircut

Laura gave such good advice, as I may have to self isolate, and not get in for a while. We went lighter and she gave me so much time. Also Lauren managed to fit me in for a cut. I have been coming to Oxford T&G for 6 years, and T&G since 1985. Couldn't be happier.

A friend recommended Lauren, and I was thrilled with her and Aga's work (I had a global colour refresh, T-highlights and a cut and blowdry). They both listened to me and came up with exactly the right colour and cut. All the staff were friendly, but a special thank you to Paige, who was so attentive and gave an amazing scalp massage!

My first appointment with Jaime. I’m quite picky and I’ve struggled for months, trying different salons, to get THE hair cut I was looking for. Jaime just seemed to get it, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my pixie cut.

Lovely - always cuts it just how I like it and does a great job. I have been coming for years to see her and she does not disappoint.

I had booked ***** to do my colour for a birthday present as she is the top colourist and have had her in the past and she was very good.
She started by telling me if I wanted lots of high lights I would need to pay a further £40 , making it £170 for a half head . I said I couldn’t afford this so would go with the standard. This was fine.
Everything was fine and overall the result was ok . My only concern was abit in the parting that looked a bit ginger .At the time there was three staff waiting by observing. ***** immediately was defensive and said ‘ you think this looks ginger ?’ Pointing at my hair line. She then repeated herself several times . I ventured that perhaps I meant strawberry blond ? She told me the blend was perfect and that perhaps it was the light? She then continued to keep asking the same question saying which bit? I. The end I had to say that I was only saying how I felt and that she was making me uncomfortable. I decided that I would pay and left . ***** did say that she supposed we could tone it and would not wish for me to leave unhappy- however her manner suggested otherwise . I’ve been coming to this Salon for years and ***** who cuts my hair is lovely as is all the staff I’ve met . I found the whole experience upsetting and humiliating and feel unable to return to have it fixed or for future appointments . I have paid the £130 for the colour. . My complaint is much less about the colour as to *****'s reaction to my feedback .

Have been going to L.C. and T&G for a couple of years now. Brilliant and professional service, right from getting an appointment to leaving the Salon after I'm done. Staff are always upbeat, even on the gloomiest, rainy days!
