Laura and all of the team who helped with the colouring of my hair were very friendly and approachable. The whole process took a while because of my request, but the results are incredible and I love it. I regret nothing coming into Toni&Guy to dye it professionally, this is now my go-to hair salon in Oxford ;)

The service was very good and I’m really pleased with my hair, it looks just like I wanted. However I was charged significantly more than quoted when booking with no explanation for the increased price, so won’t be using the salon again.

As ever I had excellent service and a great haircut.

Wonderful relaxing experience, from the excellant welcoming latte, the blissful hairwash/head massage, great conversation etc … thankyou, until the next time!

Gemma redid my roots. As usual efficient and friendly. Love the result. I had a bonus treatment (Christmas present from them).
Melissa cut my hair. She is brilliant and doesn’t ask annoying questions whilst remembering all about me and patiently listening to me prattle on.
Even my 14 year old Grandson complimented me.

Professional, personalised service despite being under pressure with a busy salon. I always leave the salon with a smile on my face because Gemma is such a good and thorough colourist, I’ve never been disappointed! 10/10 would absolutely recommend! x

Everyone was really friendly, i was offered drinks multiple times and my stylist was not only lovely but very receptive to what i wanted. When i asked for something that he didn’t think would work he politely explained this, i agreed with his alternative suggestion and i ended up with a great haircut. Will definitely return.
