Jaime is so in tune with what you need, how best to treat and cut your hair and very open and flexible. It’s the second time he’s both washed and cut my hair and did an excellent job. I always come out feeling very happy.

I’ve tried other salons around Oxford. But none come better than this. I’m not putting my stylists name because I don’t want her inundated. She’s exceptional— she understands my hair and cuts accordingly. As a result she gets the best possible results. I trust her implicitly. She listens to my thoughts — if I’m changing my look. She was especially helpful when I needed a striking style for an important job. And equally impressive when I began teaching — suggesting something less structured and easier to manage... but just as perfect for me.
So, I’ve tried other salons but this is my favourite.
My only comment would be id like a longer head massage — it makes a difference!

Tried a new treatment today as recommended by Gemma. I am really pleased with the treatment and how my hair looks and feels!

A very mixed feeling about my visit. Starting from begining. I was greated in a friendly and professional manner, I didn't had to wait to be seen, nice young girl showed me to my seat and offered drinks. I had to wait a bit for the hairstylist that seemed to be in a really bad mood when approaching me...after initial conversation about what I wanted to do I felt like a bother to her but I decided to brush it of...we all have bad days. I had my hair washed by another young girl which was fab with a bit of massage. Really comfy hair washing facilities and you can even put your feet up! Great!. After I got back to the stylist again I had a feeling like she really doesn't want to be there. I said that I have changed my mind a bit about the length if the hair and again she seemed not happy to discuss my views. I asked for a simple bob cut...or at least I thought it should be simple...popular style I thought...
It looked nice when she styled it. Again super friendly service at the reception desk, really nice touch with charity prize draw. When I got home and had a closer look at the haircut I must say I am disappointed. Back bit is longer that I wanted, there is no clear line of cut. Generally I am disappointed with the cut.

Lauren was amazing! She corrected my hair after a previous hairdresser was a bit scissor happy. Lauren really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be going to Lauren again.

Jaime was an excellent stylist, he made sure to check I was happy with the length and style while he was cutting my hair so no chance of ending up with something I didn't want! Very happy with the result and the experience, I would recommend Jamie to anyone wanting a great haircut.

I had a lovely hair cut by Chris this morning. He was very attentive to what wanted and talked me through what he was thinking and doing throughout the cut, ensuring that I was involved in the decision making process step by step. I often go to the hair dresser and become quite influenced by what the hair dresser advises and end up leaving with a hair cut different from what I had in mind (and feel quite disappointed), but this time I got exactly the cut I had had imagined and couldn't be happier. Thanks Chris!

Laira added some great warm tones in my usual colour. Then Laura cut my hair. Both of them always make me feel really welcome and make me more confident.

I had a really good experience and was really satisfied with how my hair turned out. From frizzy and stubborn to soft and neatly cut. Chris was really friendly and gave me options with what I could do after hearing out my suggestions.

Laura was so helpful and looked after me at my first time at Toni and Guy Oxford. Been going to T&G for 15 years but this my first time in Oxford, will be regularly visiting! Left with amazing colour and a great cut by Melissa too. Thank you so much both!

Only downside was having to pay the £50 deposit when rebooking for February. Understand as a first time client that you want security, but as I am going to be a regular client is it necessary to take £50 each time? It feels like I am paying an extra £50 every time - when I am already spending well over £200. When I queried this the receptionist said it was because it was a ‘big booking’. My previous Toni and Guy never did this does just feels a bit off to me!
