Had a cut and blow dry with Lauren.
Brilliant service - extremely careful and I felt very relaxed and happy afterwards!

Lauren has been looking after me and my hair for years now. I love her to pieces and I have never looked better. She is kind and generous as well as being super skilled technically at cutting and keeping my hair in top notch condition. A gold dust stylist!

Christophe listened to my concerns and agreed with me how he should cut my hair. He then cut it and told me what he was doing. The finish is lovely.

Laura is fab. Have been coming to see her for about 15 years. Always a real tonic.

Quickest hair cut ever wash cut and blow dry less than 25 mins, really had to push for it to be finished properly. I had to ask for my parting to be put straight ( surely fundamental to a good hair do) and my fringe is a bit hacked at, not the sleek professional hair do I normally get at Toni & Guy.
I always have my hair done in Toni and Guy salons and this was the worst.
It wasn’t terrible, and I think ***** is probably a good hairdresser having a bad day. But I certainly won’t be back there, which is a shame.

Very pleased as always with my hair colour today. Laura always takes time to ask me what I want done, and she is always happy to advise. She has been colouring my hair for years and always does a very good job.

Well I'm sorry to say I'm really disappointed I did say at the beginning I didnt want a Bob as I have trouble with that style.. But I still got a bob and yes a few weeks on I'm struggling and regretting the change .

Maryam was excellent in cutting my hair short. It was a style change from mid long hair to short. I am very pleased with the result.

Lauren has been cutting my hair for the last couple of years. She always knows what to do and turns my ideas into a great reality that works for my face. Eveeyone asks who cut my hair. She also did a great job with putting my hair up for a wedding. She is always so cheery and happy to help

I would also like to thank Laura the colourist as she is brilliant too. She knows I can only afford a few trips a year so she is always careful choosing the best highlight option knowing it will look natural and grow out in a way without showing my roots. I am always complimented on it.

I always find it hard to find a stylist that knows how to properly manage my Afro hair. Melissa did just that and so effortlessly! She interpreted the hair cut that I wanted with very little explanation from me and left me walking out of the salon feeling great. I’ve been searching for a long time for a place where I don’t have to go home and restyle my hair myself. Gemma is just that person, I can’t believe I haven’t been to her sooner.

Brilliant result. Gemma took my poor explanation of what I wanted and fixed the botch job that I’d had done elsewhere. She knew exactly how to assess and deal with what I already had to get the result that I wanted. Exactly what I was after.

Arrived in a state of exhaustion to be warmly greeted by really friendly staff. Cheerfully looked after, invited to have tea, feet up and head massage, then had an absolutely first class haircut which Lauren dried beautifully, giving my hair a relaxed but chic look. Absolutely delighted!

Nice service with coffee given, like haircut, nice hair washing with some head massage. Floor wasn’t as clean (you could see hair throughout the floor) but generally clean area. Should do more student discounts - that would definitely increase customers.

Wonderful haircut, lovely service!

My hairstyle was needing a bit of a change as well as a tidy-up and Melissa did a great job today. Her idea was exactly what was needed, and I am super pleased. Outside the rain was drizzling down so I was forced to wear a hat going home but the styling has survived that! Def a 5 star experience today.

Fantastic experience at Toni&Guy Oxford today. My hair was extremely dry and damaged. Chris the stylist recommended a Snapshot treatment which was excellent and I would highly recommend it. Excellent haircut by Chris as well. Extremely please with the whole experience

I had a toner followed by a blow dry. The toner does the job of keeping my Balayage looking good until the next full treatment. Lauren made my hair look beautiful for a party that I’m going to tonight. It was raining and so my hair did drop a bit but I’ve been able to pep it up at home. It just looks too good to be my hair which, on a rainy day, is normally a fuzzy mess!
It’s a shame that every time I have my hair washed, my back gets soaked. Chris was great at trying to sort be out by blow drying my jumper, but I’d prefer this not to happen and hence not 5 stars across the board.

From the moment I almost fell through the door (traffic had delayed my entrance) - I was made to feel welcome, relaxed and after a brief chat with my stylist and a wonderful hair wash/head massage, presented with a wonderful (large) coffee... I had a cut/blow dry and it was quick, professional and very enjoyable! Thank you!!
