Today I visited this hairdresser's salon for the first time. Lauren was the one who gave me a total makeover today. I went in with half-long dull and lifeless hair, but left with a super nice spicy short haircut. The hairdresser was super friendly and very professional. She gave me a great day! And all for the price quoted in advance on the website where I easily booked the appointment the night before. Thanks a lot to all the friendly staff and Lauren in particular!

***** is brilliant & lovely and does my hair really well BUT the whole positive experience was ruined by the hair drying, it was so bad I had to tie my hair up & dash out looking terrible. If you pay £125 for your hair to be done it should include a proper professional hair dry.

This is the second time I went to toni&guy and I think it's simply the best! I won't change them because they are really kind, professional and smiling. The all atmosphere is great, makes you really enjoy your haircut experience! I have been served by Jaime, the cut is perfect and I really liked it! Like I did for the second time I've been in the salon, I will always ask for him, because his service was great!

Excellent, creative and experienced colourist. Gemma always manages to get great results even with my very dark hair. The staff are always friendly and the salon is immaculate and relaxing to be in even when it's buzzing on a Saturday.

As always fabulous colour. But please stop calling me to remind of my booking. I had 2 phone messages and a text. I was at work and unable to answer!!!

I normally have a very good experience, but today I was left waiting for 15 mins before being taken in for a hair wash and it was 30 mins until my haircut. Staff were all friendly and attentive, but it felt rushed. I knew that someone else was also waiting as my appointment was delayed and if I had felt more comfortable I would have judged the haircut more thoroughly and asked for more of a trim in places.

It was my first hair cut with Chris and I have to say he was absolutely fantastic. He really looked after me. I was really really pleased with my hair cut. He really took the time to make sure that I was happy. Whilst I was getting my hair cut a member of staff came over and informed Chris that his next client had arrived and if he could go over and talk to her. He refused as she had arrived early and he did not want to leave me in the middle of my cut. I thought great now he’s going to rush me. But on the contrary. Chris took his time and blow dried my hair and even took time to add waves in it with straighteners. I was really really pleased with the result and would recommend going to Chris. I will definitely be back for my next hair cut with Chris.

I turned up on the wrong day,but the staff moved things around. Once again Lauren gave me a beautiful ,stylish haircut and I felt great when I left the salon.

Laura is really talented and easy going. She’s does a really good haircut, esp men’s haircuts. No awkward moments if you want to chat or don’t want to chat. It’s expensive but I think it’s good value, especially when I think of some of the shocking hair cuts you get given for the £10-20 mark.
