Not only is she great company she does a super hair cut..always professional.
Have used other well known hairdressers in Oxford.
They could learn a lot from the lovely staff at the Oxford Toni and Guys.
The receptionists are so friendly....great team all round.

Laura gave me a very good haircut today. She listened carefully and made suggestions, all of which worked well.

I love the cuts and all the team are friendly but I cannot get past that after paying for top colourists (who is brilliant btw) I am given to junior staff to blowdry? The result is three awful blow drys. The result is my hair looks awful - if I’m paying for the top colourist then why are you giving the final, integral and v important part of the service - the blow-dry - to junior staff members?
Frankly the seniority does not matter however they need to be able to dry, style and bring life to hair better than I can.
This truly needs to be addressed as why would I pay in the region of £70 to have lank, dull, lifeless styled hair when I leave the salon?

I came and my hair cut and blowdryed with Chris today.. I cannot fault his customer service skills and did a fantastic job on my hair so much so I have booked him again for my next cut.

Great haircut

I was very happy with my visit to The salon. The front of house team member that greeted me, washed my hair was very professional. Head massage was the best ever - very relaxing thank you. Apologies I do not know your name but excellent and attentive thank you.

I’m pleased you have asked me to give a review. I was struck by how courteous and professional both Laura and Ellie (who dried my hair) were. They were both very attentive and genuinely interested in doing a good job, which they certainly did. I enjoyed my visit.

Brilliant hair cut as usual, melissa is great, but there was a young girl who washed my hair who was so chatty and friendly, said she hadn't worked there too long, sorry I don't know her name, maybe melissa will.

I love what the Toni and Guy team do to my hair, but for my second visit on the trot I have got soaked at the basin. I did tell the receptionist who apologised and said she would let the manager know. Once, it is a mistake but twice? It’s very uncomfortable to leave with wet clothes.

Brilliant colourist - very careful with my hair!

I got my hair colored and it was my first time having it done and the stylist was brilliant in advising me and really patient. I got a keratin treatment as well and my hair feels brilliant and doesn’t look or feel damaged at all, definitely worth the money

Went in a 50 year old wanting a new style. Came out feeling pampered and glamorous. I have naturally wavey hair and the stylist straightened it. When I asked my son if he liked it - he said it was really different and made me look so much younger. I know he exaggerated when he said 20s but it certainly made me feel 10 years younger. Thank you. Will be back soon.

Very warm welcome in the studio, delicious coffee and most of all very competent, smiley and kind hairdresser...who directly made me feel at ease and gave me great advise to bring out the best of me.

I was very nervous about having my hair cut with someone I’d never met before but I needn’t of worried. Melissa was exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate going back to her again.
