A great cut and finish, as always, from Lauren. The only criticism is that when I booked the cut and also booked to have a toner, I was told the toner would cost £15, whereas I was in fact charged £38 for the toner. This came as quite a shock!

Had my haircut with Maryam this time. Perfect service and perfect cut. Took all of my requests into consideration and had lovely conversation through out the process. Loved my hair being washed and head massage. Highly recommend.

The stylist understood my hair style brief and staff were friendly, flexible , good coffee and atmosphere.

This was my first visit to T&G Oxford for a cut and blow dry booked in with Lauren. The salon was very busy (a good sign) and my appointment started on time. Lauren listened to exactly what I wanted and she also offered advice as to what she thought would work for me. Great hair cut, service and a welcoming atmosphere. I will be going back for regular hair cuts. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Billie was nice but the she and another lady who washed my hair did a terrible job. The dye was left on my foreheard, ears, sideburns and not washed out. I'm disappointed and will not be returning to this branch again.

I had a haircut the other day and it happened to be my birthday, I experienced excellent customer service from the receptionist staff and from my stylist. I had an excellent experience the stylist Jaime was very friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. I was really happy with the result. I would definitely book again. All the staff I encountered were friendly and polite.

Gemma it’s absolutely the best hairdresser for colour. She is doing my hair all the time and I’m always so happy with the results.

Just can’t fault these guys! LC has learnt what I like and what I don’t and interprets what I am trying to say and always seems to get it right. Gemma suggested a blue shampoo and conditioner as a boost and left looking like I’d been recoloured which was an added bonus. Love my visits as the girls are always very friendly - well worth paying for their services

Some weeks has passed since i got my haircut. Since i cut it i did not feel confortable wirh the cut. I bulks on areas that i mentioned i will. I cannot arrange it at easily as i asked to. Quite uncomfortable and not practical at all.

A lovely blow dry & style which looked great for my graduation. Really held its volume through the day!

Just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Chris for doing my hair today. I had the worst haircut in January from a hairdresser in Dorset and have consequently kept my hair tied up 99% of the time for the last 6 months, until today! Chris has made me feel so confident again and my I now have my perfect hair. He also was so friendly! Thank you so much and see you soon!

Great as usual

I had my first cut 6 weeks ago and was very pleased how the shape of cut had remained. Cut 2 today with a further cut in 6 weeks.

I walked into the salon and was greeted by the team warmly.I waited one minute and a team member asked me if I wanted a tea/coffee /water .I was shown to a chair and my stylist came and introduced herself,asked what I wanted. I was then led to the hair washing station where a polite young man asked me what water temperature I wanted and then proceeded to wash and condition my hair. My stylist Lauren then started to cut my hair ,making sure at certain points about how much length /weight I wanted cut off.Lauren had a warm and positive air about her and she did exactly what I asked.I was very pleased with the final result.

Sadly returned as required further darker pieces needed

I've been going to this hairdresser's for years now because i know the result will be great. I always see Lauren or Melissa as both are great at what they do and are incredibly friendly as well. I also take my grandma who speaks little english but she always feels at ease with them.
