I’ve been a client of TnG Oxford for 25+ years.
I’ve had some amazing hair cuts, colours and styling.
I was disappointed to have a gorgeous and expensive colour by a talented colourist spoiled by an apprentice ‘blast dry’. I said I wasn’t happy so a stylist had a go.
However, I left the salon looking a bit rubbish and feeling like I needed to wash and style my hair again before going out for the evening.
I imagine that blast drying a client’s hair after a colour is now Toni and Guy company policy. It’s a pity, because loyal clients will walk away, with their damp, frizzy unstyled hair. And will talk about it.
