Great cut from Lauren as always and she recommended a hair treatment to give my hair and scalp a bit of TLC after all the colour I put in it. My hair felt in great condition afterwards!

Amazing hair wash by Page, who gave a nice gentle scrub during shampooing and a heavenly massage during conditioning. Followed by an excellent hair cut by Lauren who gave my hair the right level of TLC as it was previously unevenly cut by another stylist. I had been trying to get it ‘repaired’ ever since with no luck but Lauren applied the right magic to get the shape back. Great personable interaction and conversations by Lauren and Page.

Jaime cut my hair yesterday for the first time and it is honestly the best cut I’ve had in years. He helped me decide what would look best and cut it so beautifully. I’m really happy with the result and will be going back to him again. Thank you!

Jaime is always pleasant, welcoming and accommodating and most importantly a brilliant hair stylist. I am always pleased with his hair cutting technique and he never rushes. Very pleased with the outcome!

Laura does my colour when I come in and she’s absolutely amazing! Always talks me through options for what I want to achieve and i am always happy when I come out of the salon. Jess the colour tech did my hair, she was very attentive and kind. Organised, clean worker, good listener, gave me her knowledge and guidance on choosing products, patient and a good representative of the brand. I will definitely go back, the receptionist was also very kind and attentive and clearly organised. It was a very good service and even though the team was young, very quickly I felt confident in their knowledge. Tony and Guy should be proud of their Oxford team!! Impressive organisation!!

Was booked in for a Keratin smoothing treatment but Jaime also managed to squeeze in a trim too. Felt looked after and very pleased with the results!

Friendly professional service, excellent hair cut. I arrived early by accident and was happy accommodated, which was appreciated. I would not consider going anywhere else.

I had my roots bleached at T&G Oxford 4.5 weeks after having it done at another salon. Could be spared a lecture on hair and colours but apparently I still know nothing after 20 years of bleaching my head. On a way out made another appointment, 5.5 weeks later. Confirmed, arrived at the salon only to be REFUSED service: ‘my roots are too short, hair will break or fall out. Come back in three weeks’. Even after bleaching at home during lockdowns I still have my hair which makes me think that T&G dyes shouldn’t be probably permitted for use on humans if they’re so dangerous. With so many hair salons in Oxford I’d recommend avoiding this one.

My daughter and I both had our haircut by chis - we were really happy as always - he is our regular stylist and is always excellent- thank you Chris

As always I have had another very good haircut from Jaime. He always takes such great care cutting it. I’m very happy with it.

Great hair cut as usual

Wonderful hair cut, wonderful colourist - bloody awful assistants. Hair washing is always truly traumatic, not relaxing in the slightest, and I dread it every time I go - but I go, and I keep going back because the colourist and stylist are so awesome.
Having someone wash your hair should feel like a luxury, and not torture, especially for what we pay T&G.

Have given polite feedback before, nothing changes, they yank your hair around all over the place, rip it to shreds brushing it through, never listen to you, feels rushed, rarely rinsed properly, you get eye rolls if you try to mention your hair gets knotty when it’s washed etc, like ‘we’ve heard it all before’, and I’m sure you have - but PLEASE still value my opinion?!

They are all young, and I feel so sorry for them so I don’t make them feel bad, but honestly it ruins the whole experience for me, I used to love going to this salon, now not so much :-(

I hope the management read this and perhaps try some training with them.

I have moved to the UK about 10 months ago, and I am very sensitive on my hair, but I have a try with Jaime and he didn’t disappoint and ever since I only go to him in Oxford and I trust him completely with his professional skills. The salon everything gives you a great vibe .

After dying my hair various colours in lockdown I was so grateful for Gemmas expertise in getting me back to my chocolate brown with caramel lights. I tried the balayage effect, with lights just on the ends. So pleased with the result - looks amazing. Everyone commenting on it. Thank you to Gemma and Jess who did a great blow dry on it too!

Absolutely love my hair colour with Gemma cut with LC, as always. Redeeming earned points rules disappointing.
