He was great as always, professional and efficient.

The quality of the service was excellent again and my hair looked amazing when I left the salon. The whole team were really friendly and the Covid measures in place were very reassuring.

I love the way Lauren. It my hair, she just knows what I want without me having to explain. Despite moving away from the area I still come back to see Lauren.

Got my look perfect again for my post lockdown reunion with Mum!

Had a haircut appointment for the first time here and it was a lovely and relaxing experience! The whole team is super friendly and helpful; but an extra special thanks to Chris who was very attentive and recommended great ways to get the curl back into my hair!

I actually went to the Reading Tony and Guys and Stacey there did a cut as good as Jamie's. It is fantastic to know that at any Tony and Guys I meet amazing hairdresser that not only know their cutting but are adorable and give you a personalised haircut that suits you.

Excellent experience. Jaime was great. However I had booked an appointment with Chris at £45. You changed my appointment time and stylist without consulting me on the price change to £59. I paid it as I did like what Jaime did but I should have been told beforehand.

My first time ever getting my hair coloured and I absolutely loved the result. Everyone was so nice especially Gemma, she knew exactly what I wanted and 1000% delivered it.
Will come back in the future to get my hair done for sure.

Slightly overdue for the regular haircut and great to be rid of the extra straggly bits and feel shorn and neat again!

Really impressed that staff remembered they can take masks off around me (I lipread) and Lauren never fails to impress by being able to look at a picture once and replicate the style on my head!

Somehow for £85 one would expect to feel a bit pampered… receptionist friendly but stylist not so. Taken through to have hair washed, left with neck bent back for a few minutes when he went off with no apology or explanation. Why? Hair cut ok but not brilliant for your top stylist. I have had him 3 times as always happy to give a hair dresser the chance to get used to your hair. Disappointing and will try elsewhere now. The whole salon felt joyless and everyone stressed and overworked. I realise it is COVID times and life has been a struggle but a haircut should be more than getting your haircut in a basic way.

I decided on Toni&Guy as my go-to hairdressers in Oxford has sadly gone downhill; I had had two haircuts from my old salon, both of which were bland and boring. Being told that my hair was 'too thin' for layers and that because I didn't style my hair much, layers wouldn't work, despite me having had layers since I was a teenager. After yet another disappointing haircut, I decided to return to Toni&Guy after not having been there for years. I decided to go with Chris as a lot of the reviews were so complimentary of his work. After talking to him about what had happened at my old salon, to which he said was ridiculously, he cut my hair beautifully. How I wanted, not how he thought I should have it cut. I absolutely love it! I had forgotten what it was like to have a beautiful cut that suited me. I will definitely be returning.

Chris cut my hair for the second time, both times have been the best haircut I have ever had. Chris is a natural and knows my hair better than me. I will keep coming back.
