Took my 6 years old daughter to have a real haircut in a salon for the first time and everything was perfect. The professional was lovely with her and the place took all safety Covid measures. Definitely will come back. The only thing is that on website the price for younger was cheaper that what was charged. It was worth it anyway, but didn't understand what happened

Gemma did my highlights and as always was swift, friendly and very professional, I then had my hair washed and waited for my cut, for over 40 minutes!Lauren as always did a fab job and I have nothing but praise for both of these girls and have had both of them to do my hair for some time.Lauren was extremely apologetic about the wait and couldn’t understand why the booking had been made this way, I said it was always happening to me, I can only assume this is standard practise,she said a note would be put on my file so this didn’t happen again.I’m never told at the time of booking about this huge gap in between stylists and if I had been I would always ask for another day,As a long standing loyal client to be left getting a bit cold by the wash basins for so long,without a towel around my shoulders(I found one that had slipped down the back of my chair) this visit has left me feeling rather unvalued and sold very short of the service I would expect at the cost of £184

I can’t fault this team , they are amazing. They always make you feel welcome, listen to what you want and go the extra mile to please. Outstanding professionalism, and I am so happy with the result. Well done to everyone working there.

Lovely guy who went out of he’s way to make me feel welcome and listened to what I wanted done , excellent service and very happy with my haircut

I booked in very last minute but managed to get a ace with Chris. It was the first time I had seen him and I gave him a photo to work from. He did a great cut and managed to work around some issues I had with a previous haircut (not at this salon). I’m really happy with the cut and service and will carry n coming to the salon.

The salon is observing very well the Covid-19 safety measures which is very reassuring - an individual sealed pack for the client to use. Chris is very accommodating to the client’s wish of hairstyle but he also put his professional recommendation to make it look better which I truly like and appreciate. More power to all the T&G Oxford team!
