Jess, was lovely and very helpful. Love my new style - great cut and blow dry. I tend to take whatever stylist is available. Kerry and Emma are also fab stylists. You just know you will get a great cut and service

Lost my hairdresser of 20 years and couldn't settle on anyone new. Kerrie really took time to listen to what I was hoping for and did not disappoint! The other girls were all lovely too and everything was immaculate. Really great salon experience! I will be back x

Had Jess cut my hair today, fabulous!.

I was invited to try out the service of Anna with a money off voucher so jumped at the chance.
I booked in for the next day. Anna was there on time to meet me. She was warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She was attentive and spent time looking after my feet, explaining the processes as she went along. She explained about the products too explaining why she liked them. Gave advice on foot care moving forward.
Highly recommend the pedicure. Was also given some cards to share as introduce a friend.

Fabulous experience. Jess did a brilliant job very pleased with my hair today!

Booked last minute app with Emma (my go to was always Stephen). Emma gave me an exact haircut I wanted, and I mean EXACTLY what I wanted. Really good experience, fast cut and very efficient. Absolutely Couldn't fault anything (even though I gave myself "wee trim" 🫣 and Emma was sorting it for me). Very impressed and will be booking with her again.
P.s really enjoyed my head massage as well by one of the other girl

Then consultation by Nicola on future colour assisted by Millie. Then to top it off wee voucher for money off a treatment upstairs. Thanks to the team.

It makes it a much better experience going to have a cut. Molly listens and discusses your hair with you - she doesn't make assumptions- and she obviously enjoys what she does because she's good at it.

When my hair is well cut it is very easy to manage. I was beginning to despair after a few years of unmanageable hair. I thought it was perhaps because of my age (77). Then I found The Cutting Room and the wonderful Kerry. The difference is extraordinary! I have now had two fabulous cuts. I am delighted. The salon is very well run, is fun to visit, the staff are professional and the attention is great. They also have lots of really good offers. Very impressed by receiving a Christmas card with the envelope hand-written!

Salon staff are very professional yet so friendly. Extra finishing touches by staff working as a team were fantastic as they're clearly busy; they took time to chat with my girls about pets & family.
We had hot drinks, Christmas music & great Salon advice & styling.
