My stylist is Jodie ,Bridgnorth her name doesn't show up... she does my hair every week and it's absolutely 100% amazing fabulous personality fabulous customer care just all round fabulously fabulous

I got exactly what I asked for and more

Warm welcome, seen on time, chatty, consulted on cut, style, colour. Asked throughout bleaching if ok. No burning. Knowledgable. Cup of tea. One to one sevice, ging better experience,not leaving me for ages while dealing with other clients, which happens in other salons.
Happycwith colour and cut. Booked again for 6 weeks.

Sophie is the best stylist ! She listens and offers advice on the style and cut . I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is always clean and tidy and at a very reasonable price ….

Caitlyn is the perfect hairdresser and I always come out feeling great.

I was visiting salon for my wash and blow dry last Saturday . I been served by lovely young lady Caitlyn. Her customer service and all my visit was 10/10 . She is so good with her job ! Already coming back this Friday to wash my hair again

Spur of the moment visit this morning because you were the only salon open on a Monday. There was a notice outside saying appointments not always necessary, perfect for me. Caitlin was welcoming and reassuring (I’ve not been to the hairdressers for some years so a little apprehensive) Caitlin listened to what I wanted and provided exactly that. I received advice for dealing with my damaged home coloured hair. I’ve booked another appointment for colours. Great service, thank you.

First time we have used James Hair Salon, me and my daughter went. Caitlyn worked wonders with my daughters hair and looks absolutely amazing and also on my hair too. So pleased that we chose to go there. Caitlyn has a lovely personality and was a pleasure for her to cut our hair. She also put my daughters worries about having her hair cut at ease.

Sophie knows how my hair works and what suits me. Today I had lovely lowlights and highlights along with my roots done. So happy with the colour and the cut is great. I would recommend this salon and Sophie.

I was concerned it would stay up. But on my walk from the Hairdressers back to the hotel the hair do started to unravel to my absolute dismay. So I'm not very happy with that on such a special day. I can't actually recall the stylist name.

I had a lovely experience at the salon yesterday. The best hair wash I've ever had and the hair products smell beautiful, I had a good chat lovely cuppa tea with a biscuit, (I love my cuppa tea) Caitlyn is lovely, very pleasant and easy to talk too x
