It was a long time from my initial consultation to my first appointment due to personal commitments but I was treated very kindly and felt listened to by all the stylists which did my hair.

I had a bad experience at another salon in Ludlow on a consultation prior to coming to you and I was so nervous of what it would be like however I left with beautiful hair which actually exceeded my expectations.

I’m always anxious about going to the hairdressers because my hair is very fine and thin. It was first time visiting Quintessential and I felt completely at ease as soon as I walked through the door.
