Finally found a fabulous hair stylist after 35 in London. So friendly. Great advice and ideas.

I’m always anxious about going to the hairdressers because my hair is very fine and thin. It was first time visiting Quintessential and I felt completely at ease as soon as I walked through the door. My stylist got the result I was looking for! Will definitely be going back and I will recommend to friends and family.

My first appointment with Neisha today. And a very relaxing shampoo and blow dry it was too. I can't fault the technique, which was remarkable, considering that this week was this young lady's first full week at "The Q." Many thanks, Neisha. I'll catch up with you soon.

A shampoo and blow dry with Natalie today. Ridiculously simple, and yet ridiculously exquisite at the same time. It is an incredibly relaxing experience, and a magical way to start a weekend. Natalie also did my sideburns today which had become unruly. Many thanks for this, the precision was incredible. A rubbish day was converted by this remarkable young lady into a brilliant one. After a year away from the hairdresser yet again I came in asking for some movement and curtain bangs to be put back into my hair. Becky was awesome and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. It's feels healthier and so much lighter. Thank you for a lovely relaxed experience also.

I wanted a change to both my colour and cut and was a little nervous of trying somewhere new to me. Natalie coloured and cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. Helen obviously has a lot of experience and natural talent with hair and was supporting Natalie throughout the process. It was clear from the customers who came in, that there are many loyal customers, with good reason.

"The Q" is an oasis in the 21st century desert of mechanisation, computer algorithms, and robots! The experience I had with Becky today was exquisite, and, as always emotive and joyous. Absolutely chilled out afterwards. The icing on the cake was a relaxing shampoo and blow dry with Amber. Very many thanks ladies.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Helen was a confident experienced stylist and gave good advice.

Everything was first class. Manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done by Beckie who’s lovely.

I booked an appointment for my mother in law who doesn’t live round here and is super fussy with her hair! She’s pretty poorly and came out looking and feeling so much better.
She said Claire had cut and styled her hair better than her own hairdresser of 10 years!

Natalie took my hair from years of box dyed permanent ginger to a bright boarding on platinum blonde. She was amazing, friendly and just what I needed as someone who’s nervous with their hair. A credit to the salon.
