A very chilled and relaxing afternoon with Becky with her outstanding Indian head massage. A hair wash and rough dry followed. Natalie is highly creative with a hairdryer, brush, and her hands. I recommend both ladies very highly.

Having not been to a salon since before the pandemic, I was impressed. Marie made my messy long grey locks into something vaguely approaching sophistication. She engaged with my ideas and the photos I had brought with me, to create a style that looks great and fits my lifestyle. I also appreciated all the tips for styling and hair health that she shared. Excellent relaxing experience as always . Helen saved the day by going home to get her gel nail setting machine (sorry don't know the proper name) as the one at the salon packed up just as I was having my nails done . No ones fault as these things happen but was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Brilliant leg wax and an absolutely wonderful Indian head massage followed by a wash and blow dry all ready for my holidays now! Thank you all at Quintessential for your friendly,professional,excellent and consistent service . 5 stars + every time

Has been such a long overdue treat, I haven't been to the hairdressers since before covid, but I knew I was in such professional hands with Helen, she used techniques I have not seen before, my fine hair is now full of body, AND it's funky!

As always, a massage with Becky was a remarkable experience. The wash and blow dry with Natalie was the icing on the cake. A brilliant experience all round.

Clammy is a lovely lady with an eye for style, despite having to work on a grey haired old lady, she makes me feel great when finished. I’ve had a cut/ Colour and treatments over the three visits with assistance from Natalie who is lovely.
I love the tray of tea with my own teapot which is a lovely touch, maybe a glass of bubbly would be an option at Xmas ?

As always Cammy was really helpful and accepting of my lack of hair knowledge. I am not the most informed when it comes to hair methods or styles, but Cammy was really helpful as always and has yet again given my neglected hair a new lease of life.

I walked away and have never felt as confident as this before. Cammy also advised me on how i should style my hair with my new look which was great help especially as this is something I am not great at.

Delighted with my hair colour and the professional service.
