After almost a year of begging I finally gave in and let my daughter cut her hair off. Thank you so much. Becky knew exactly what I wanted and my girl left pleased as punch. Thank you so much x

Wonderful wash and cut, made my hair really soft and shaped it really well - bit more puffy than I wanted the result to be but nothing a bit of curl cream cant fix

My son visited today to have a face treatment. He was a little anxious, as he had never attended anything like this before! He came home beaming, revitalised and has already asked if he can go again - amazing!

Lovely, friendly salon. Made to feel welcome. Natalie was super, took her time and did a great job. Wash and blow dry and used straighteners. My hair is very thick and lots of it. Great result, very pleased. Thank you.

Myself and my daughter came today to see Becky for some shellac nails for our holiday and it was my daughters birthday aswell.
Becky was fantastic with my daughter,she loves to have her nails done by her.
I told Becky it was her birthday and she was so thoughtfull ,by even buying her some chocolate cake.
We will definitely be back again!

As usual Cammy gave me a first class colour and cut. Would t dream of going elsewhere.

I’ve not been to this salon before. First impressions is that it’s clean and busy. Member of the team that greeted me was friendly.
My wash cut and blow dry took less than 30 mins. Which is ok as my hair is straight and I only asked for a rough dry. Though in other salons the same treatment usually takes an hour.
The team member that cut my hair was not the usual stereotypical chatty hair dresser but again that’s ok, as she did a really good job of doing a blunt, straight cut. Just as I asked.
The bit I was disappointed about is that I’m pregnant and I was taken to a seat upstairs in a warm room but I wasn’t even offered a drink. Not even a small glass of water.
I’d heard really good things about this salon and was recommended it by a friend who has been going to them for years.
Would I go back? Sadly not, I didn’t book another appointment when I left.

I always like coming to see Becky for a wax, she is friendly and professional. We always have a good chat.

Becky’s colour skills and advice was great, especially as it was the 1st time. Helen cutting and styling was again brilliant for the 1st meeting. Looking forward to the next visit. Cheers Keith??

Excellent cut with Cammy and well finished . Fast and confident hair cut taking a good 3 to 4 inches off long hair, adding a fringe . Will definitely be back

Very dissatisfied it was not a welcoming experience. The girl who cut my hair did not introduce herself. I tried to make conversation but was difficult as she did not engage very much. I felt not welcome at all

I would like to say what an absolutely fabulous hairdresser Claire is. I always get anxious about going to a new salon but I need not have worried. She has made my hair look great. I absolutely love it and will be going back again. Ao if you're looking for a new hairdresser, make an appointment with Claire and you won't be disappointed. In fact everyone at the salon was really lovely.

Going to Quintessential is my weekly treat to myself.
My stylist, Marie is wonderful and always makes me feel years younger after my visit.
The ambience and friendliness are perfect.
Highly recommended recommend.

After recommended by a colleague I decided to give this little hair salon a go, glad I did! They were welcoming the minute I set foot through the door. Drinks were offered throughput my visit, the stylists actually listened to what I wanted. Loved the head massage.. well with the money and plan to visit again. Thank you ladies

Had half hour only left on meter so asked for a quick trim. Cheekily without appointment was in and out within half an hour. So quick & brilliant cut into the bargain.
