Jess is such a lovely lady. As soon as you walk through the door you feel so at ease and know that you are in confident capable hands.

I’ve been a customer for 20 years mainly with Kate but more recently Jess who does my colour and she’s fantastic. Gives great advice and most importantly she listens to what I want to achieve. Kate and the team are second to none.

As usual Kate was attentive, listened to my thoughts and we agreed the cut and finish - to always be listened to and given advice is invaluable.

Kelby was kind and listened with patience whilst my son explained what he would like her to do, or not do! She was engaging and chatted away with him about a shared interest and he ended up with a lovely hair cut. Thank you!

Kelby is a real star! I was so undecided on what I wanted to be done today but Kelby, as always, was patient & creative. Such was my faith that I left it in her hands & was not disappointed with her suggestions - spot on!! Love it!

Kelly once again did a fantastic job on my hair . I’ve been using Kelby now for a few years. Every time I go she is really friendly polite and keeps me entertained whilst she colours my hair.. Always does an excellent job and knows exactly what i want even if I’m not sure myself. You can leave your colour in Kelby’s capable Hands and come out looking amazing. You should be proud of your talent Kelby and I would recommend all the staff too as you make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Kelby has been cutting my hair for about a year and always makes it look great. She recently restyled it and did a fantastic job which I'm very pleased with. Kelby and the rest of the team are always professional and very riendly.

A lovely experience from start to finish. The head massage during shampooing is heavenly, time is given for discussion about style, an exceptionally good cut for a fuss-free, layered bob that falls in all the right places. And a good cup of coffee! A big thank you Kelby. I always feel a million dollars when you’ve done my hair.

Had a shampoo, treatment and haircut. Jess was very attentive and advised on treatment process through out. She answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. Really enjoyable experience.
