My 2nd visit and have to say haven't giggled so much as I did today, Alex you are a scream! I've had some bad experiences in the past with other salons, so always slightly nervous- but so made to feel welcome here as soon as you walk in, and they explain in depth the good, the bad and the ugly of hair - so reassured from the start what to expect. I visited the Newport salon last week for the first time, the minute I walked in I felt welcomed, the staff new my name and there were hot water bottles in the waiting area. The friendliness and luxury continued for my whole visit. Great cut, friendly staff, hotwater bottles at your back, hot towel round your shoulders and good coffee what more could you want when you have your hair done.

I absolutely love this salon. I said to Alicia today that it is best hairdressers I have ever been to! The staff are all friendly, even the ones that don't know me.
