I visited the Newport salon last week for the first time, the minute I walked in I felt welcomed, the staff new my name and there were hot water bottles in the waiting area. The friendliness and luxury continued for my whole visit. Great cut, friendly staff, hotwater bottles at your back, hot towel round your shoulders and good coffee what more could you want when you have your hair done.

I absolutely love this salon. I said to Alicia today that it is best hairdressers I have ever been to! The staff are all friendly, even the ones that don't know me. It was just I needed “The Salon Experience “ I even had it washed which I was sceptic about since breaking my neck but with extra padding from towels it worked and the head massage certainly hit the spot……. Nice to be back!!

Hello i had a lovely haircut today i especially enjoyed the head massage when she washed my hair and i loved the shampoo. I was really happy with my new haircut my mum wanted it shorter and i like it that way now too.
