Had a wonderful experience at Francesco’s today with the lovely Jess. From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted by Kim and her colleagues. I was offered a drink as soon as I arrived , which was promptly delivered! Then on to the appointment. Jess was incredibly attentive and carefully went through what I wanted done. The wash was extremely relaxing in a reclining chair with raised feet rest. The cut was exemplary and the blow dry and style was done so well. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Francesco’s. Not just a hair cut, but a total relaxation and pamper. Thank you Jess and the team. Cannot wait for my next visit x
