It was just I needed “The Salon Experience “ I even had it washed which I was sceptic about since breaking my neck but with extra padding from towels it worked and the head massage certainly hit the spot……. Nice to be back!!

What an absolutely fantastic evening at Francesco Newport! From the moment you walk through the door, you're enveloped in warmth and kindness. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel special, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
I had the pleasure of having my hair washed, enjoying a blissful head massage, and then getting styled by the wonderful Siobhan, who did an incredible job. The attention to detail and the care taken made the whole experience so enjoyable.
But the fun didn't stop there! The evening was filled with excellent cocktails, lively games of bingo, and a nostalgic round of pass the parcel. The whole event was superbly organized, and the atmosphere was just fantastic. Today I went for my consultant with Sam and skin testing 🥰 from the moment you walk through the door you can feel the friendly atmosphere which put me at ease straight away
I was recommended to visit the Salon by a very dear friend and work colleague and I am so glad I did
I spoke to Danielle front of house via phone to make arrangements to have a consultation x Danielle was amazing on the phone bubbly friendly and warm so this in itself made me relax ( so Thankyou Danni❤️❤️❤️) Going to a new salon can be quite daunting but I knew as I walked in I was going to be in great hands
I had my consultant by Sam was brilliant she was there to listen and advise she made me feel relaxed throughout my consultation I know have an appointment next week and I can honestly say I can’t wait to be truly pampered in this wonderful salon I really do think I have found a secret little gem 💎 so thank you too Danni and lovely Sam for making my 1st visit the best I have had in a long time🌸 ps I’m hoping to be stopping the traffic next week with new hair the full works yipeee❤️

After my last hair appointment ,I was left dissapointed ,Alex got intouch with me & I went back into the salon today ,not really knowing what to expect ,I did explain that I'm neurodivergent and it was good to know she got me !! We chatted for a while and came up with a style ,I do have to say I left one happy person.
So if anyone has a blip like i did and not happy with there hair make sure you talk to a member of staff because anything can be corrected.

I always go to Siobhan for an excellent haircut, but Francesco’s in Newport give a lot more than good haircuts. Smiley welcoming faces every time, and from the very minute of entering the salon Siobhan makes me feel at ease and welcome. I suffer with anxiety but honestly I have never felt so relaxed at a salon. The team are wonderful, and special thanks must go to Siobhan for being just that extra bit special for me!
