If the salon was a restaurant it qoukd be 3 stars. It was an uplifting experience. Stylist she took time to review my hair and cosult before washing and conditioning . This was so relaxing and therapeutic. She took time to cut my hair using different techniques ro transform it into a personaluised modern chic cut. And she gave advice along the way. Amazing experience. I am delighted with the result and the atmosphete at the salon is so calm friendly a d welcoming

I had the most wonderful Colour Analysis with Alex. Alex is personable, relatable, knowledgeable and super friendly. She was so open to my questions and at no point me feel rushed. You can tell how much she cares about her clients, how passionate she is about what she does and her desire to genuinely guide/help her clients.

Today I went for my consultant with Sam and skin testing 🥰 from the moment you walk through the door you can feel the friendly atmosphere which put me at ease straight away
I was recommended to visit the Salon by a very dear friend and work colleague and I am so glad I did
I spoke to Danielle front of house via phone to make arrangements to have a consultation x Danielle was amazing on the phone bubbly friendly and warm so this in itself made me relax ( so Thankyou Danni❤️❤️❤️) Going to a new salon can be quite daunting but I knew as I walked in I was going to be in great hands
I had my consultant by Sam was brilliant she was there to listen and advise she made me feel relaxed throughout my consultation I know have an appointment next week and I can honestly say I can’t wait to be truly pampered in this wonderful salon I really do think I have found a secret little gem 💎 so thank you too Danni and lovely Sam for making my 1st visit the best I have had in a long time🌸 ps I’m hoping to be stopping the traffic next week with new hair the full works yipeee❤️

After my last hair appointment ,I was left dissapointed ,Alex got intouch with me & I went back into the salon today ,not really knowing what to expect ,I did explain that I'm neurodivergent and it was good to know she got me !! We chatted for a while and came up with a style ,I do have to say I left one happy person.
So if anyone has a blip like i did and not happy with there hair make sure you talk to a member of staff because anything can be corrected.

I always go to Siobhan for an excellent haircut, but Francesco’s in Newport give a lot more than good haircuts. Smiley welcoming faces every time, and from the very minute of entering the salon Siobhan makes me feel at ease and welcome. Although my colour was lovely.
I was dissapointed with the approach and cutting of my hair ,to the point I never stopped to finish it ,just needed to pay and leave ,for £175 ,certainly wasn't worth it this time.

From the moment I walked in to the salon I was met with smiles and a warmth that only comes from people who genuinely enjoy the job.
I was offered a hot or cold drink, I opted for water, and it came in a beautiful bottle with lemon and lime! How lovely.
The lady that did my wash was friendly and professional and I had the most heavenly head massage.
Siobhan, as always was friendly, chatty and professional, offering practical advice on a style, which I needed!
I was over the moon with the finished cut as well.
In all, a salon and service worth the money - I came out feeling very pampered!
