When I walked into the salon this morning my roots were grey and I had the greasiest hair I’ve known for a long time. After seeing Jess today I was transformed! I had a whole hair colour so no more grey and had a real treat with a head massage! I walked out looking and feeling completely different! My friend even said what a gorgeous colour I was!

I love going to Francesco in Newport because there’s always such a lovely atmosphere. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and as someone who gets nervous going in to places, this is a big thing for me. I booked in for a colour with Emmie and then a blow dry with Jess. My last appointment was around 8 months ago so I was well overdue! Even after all of this time, Emmie was able to replicate what I’d had previously without question, she is such a talented stylist. Once it was time for the blow dry, Jess took over and she was brilliant, very sociable and very skilled, how she managed to get my hair so smooth is magical! I left the salon feeling like a new person.
