Loved the service, hot water bottle, drink, polite staff,
My cut was super and I believe Em took a lot of care, I'm very happy with the shape.
I believe more training is needed in the drying of curly hair. (With this stylist) I was left to dry off under the Execrator, my hair had no lift, and my desired style outcome was not achieved. But I would return for the excellent cut.

Absolutely fabulous! Booked with ease with Kim I had told Kim it was daughters birthday the next day, my mum took my daughter and when they arrived everyone was so welcoming took Sophia to the chair and there were happy birthday banners on the mirror Sophia had a hot chocolate and marshmallows and her hair looks fabulous I have one very excited and happy little girl thank you all so very much! Such a lovely experience today in the Newport salon! Alex was so friendly, and really listened to everything I said. She gave me lots of advice and seemed genuinely excited for me to return and try something new! I really enjoyed the other small touches in the salon which made it a great experience - small jars of lemon water, hot water bottles on the sofa and hair wash chairs, and the drink selection! The lady on reception was very welcoming also - just how you want to be greeted on arrival! Thanks!
