I really can't fault anything about my visit ,the staff was so welcoming and warm make you feel right at home which is hard for me as I'm nervous around new things or people but Alicia was brilliant

Fabulous as always

I normally have Sam to do my colour but as she’s on holiday Siobhan did it. Siobhan always cuts and styles my hair so I know how brilliant she is. She did an excellent job as always. Steph washed my hair and dried and straightened it. What a lovely girl and she did a fantastic job. My experience is always lovely. All staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. I look forward to my appointments which are so relaxing. Love this salon and love the staff.

Always a lovely experience with talented stylists and colourists, kept well refreshed with coffee and tea. The hot towel provided after washing is much nicer than the cold damp disposable towels.

I’ve been going to Heather for years now and I can honestly say she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She is polite, kind and funny. She always meets my expectations when it comes to my hair and gives the best advice on how to proceed with the colour or even the condition of your hair ☺️. I have had my haircut by stylists and junior stylists at Francesco’s in Newport for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. This time I used Anya who I believe is the Salon Director, and the experience was even better. She was friendly and helped me decide what we were doing with my hair that day.

Enjoyed a pampering cut and colour on a hot day. Spolit with coffee and flavoured water while Emmie talked me through everything and kept checking I was happy.

Siobhan took time to understand how I wanted my hair to look and we were able to decide on the cut together. I am very happy with the outcome.

Always go here for my cuts, decided to take the leap and talk about dying my hair, had a free colour consultation and went over everything i needed to know. The staff are so friendly as well as informative and i enjoy going time after time.

A very good experience, Heather listened to what look I was trying to achieve and the result was good. I was looked after during my visit with cups of coffee etc and being asked if I was OK very attentive staff and comfortable salon.

Cake and Pimms was on offer to celebrate the coronation which was a lovely touch. Sam and Siobhan are both fabulous and always make my visit so relaxing and do an amazing job! As soon as you walk through the door you know you’re going to get a very warm welcome from everyone. Every single staff member is so so friendly. A really lovely salon that I have been coming to for many years.
