Alex understood my hair type and was able to show me how to care and style it to achieve the best curly results. My mind was blown and I am so happy I met Alex. I have always been a little embarrassed by my hair...not anymore...I will cherish those curls! Thank you Alex, see you in 12 weeks!

Had my consultation with Sam who was fantastic and Alicia did my colour at my appointment. Can’t speak highly enough of Alicia or Sam, they were both so lovely, approachable and nice and seemed genuinely excited by what I was having done. Alicia did a great job of my colour, really pleased with the results.
Emma cut my hair and she did a fab job of sorting out my much neglected hair!

Siobhan always listens and delivers, she a treasure.

I went from long blonde to short copper. Sam coloured. Siobhan styled. I was extremely nervous about having such a radical change prior to my appointment. I do not know what I was worried about! Sam and siobhan knew exactly what to do and made me feel very at ease. I am in love with my hair again thanks to these two incredible stylists. Thank you so much for an amazing experience

As with my previous appointment, I found Siobhan really welcoming & professional, she discussed with me how I'd like my hair styled and the result was even better than I had imagined. I received a thorougher consultation prior to service, Heather was very polite and made me feel at ease. All the staff were lovely and provided me with hot beverages and ensured I was comfortable whilst the colour was developing. I was very happy with the end result and will be returning for future treatments.

Alicia was very professional in her job. She always smiled and was very polite. She made sure I was comfortable and was happy. Alicia went above and beyond.

Siobhan always does an excellent cut and finish with my hair, listens to my requirements and gives me good advice and suggestions. The whole experience is always good from start to finish. I'm always well looked after with drinks whilst I'm there, and feel comfortable and relaxed.

I normally have Sam to do my colour but as she’s on holiday Siobhan did it. Siobhan always cuts and styles my hair so I know how brilliant she is. She did an excellent job as always. Steph washed my hair and dried and straightened it. What a lovely girl and she did a fantastic job. My experience is always lovely. All staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. I look forward to my appointments which are so relaxing. Love this salon and love the staff.

Always a lovely experience with talented stylists and colourists, kept well refreshed with coffee and tea. The hot towel provided after washing is much nicer than the cold damp disposable towels.

I’ve been going to Heather for years now and I can honestly say she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She is polite, kind and funny. She always meets my expectations when it comes to my hair and gives the best advice on how to proceed with the colour or even the condition of your hair ☺️. The environment is always bubbly and the rest of the staff are just as helpful and just friendly. Thank you to all of you!!!

I have had my haircut by stylists and junior stylists at Francesco’s in Newport for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. This time I used Anya who I believe is the Salon Director, and the experience was even better. She was friendly and helped me decide what we were doing with my hair that day.

Enjoyed a pampering cut and colour on a hot day. Spolit with coffee and flavoured water while Emmie talked me through everything and kept checking I was happy.

Siobhan took time to understand how I wanted my hair to look and we were able to decide on the cut together. I am very happy with the outcome.
