Best haircut I have had since getting here. Lovely atmosphere in the salon, even in the dead of winter, even on a weekend day. Brilliant, Happily feeling human again!

I felt safe going into the salon today, they had screens up dividing each customer space, gel by the entrance and everyone was wearing masks and visors. All the staff were friendly and Kirsty who cut my hair was lovely and did a brilliant job, Thank you very much. ?

I’ve been going to Hi-Style for many years and they are like family. Meg does my hair and she is a perfectionist so I feel confident with whatever she chooses to do. My mum and step daughter also go there now because of how good they are at picking perfect colours and hair cuts to suit the individual. Mum has hers done by Meg who makes mums look great. Caitlin does Lillie-mae’s and does one hell of a good job as Lillie-mae had green hair to start with, Caitlin is a star in the making but I would expect nothing less with Meg being her mentor. Love you guys and thank you for all you do xxx

Tried this salon for first time after seeing a special offer on Facebook. Had full head highlights and cut n blow. Was delighted with the recommendations for colour from stylist (Kirsty) and the outcome of the cut and colour. Had lots of compliments from family and friends. Great price. Mod cons salon and Kirsty did not rush at all - attention to detail. Lovely staff. I will definitely be back - Thanks Kirsty - am delighted !!

I am a little allergic to hairdressers but Caitlin at Hi Style Salon was amazing. She really listened to what I wanted. She reassured and totally delivered. I also felt completely safe. I am now looking forward to my hair growing so I can go again!

My mum took my 4 year old boy to have his hair cut today, something which we have previously dreaded as he hates having it done and usually only has a trim when we occasionally visit my auntie. So today being his first “proper” hair cut, Jadene did an an absolutely fantastic job and entertained sonny throughout making him feel at ease and he absolutely loves his big boy hair cut ready to start big school next month.

Had my hair cut and coloured for the first time since lockdown! Always an amazing experience with such great team work and professional results. Love my hair ?

Just had my hair cut, even in these uncertain times, they provided a safe environment which put me at ease to enjoy my visit. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere of hi style makes it a joy to visit, Meg cuts my hair and as always she’s done a cracking job.

After what seemed like an eternity (aka lockdown!) today I got my long awaited hair appointment. Megan performed her usual miracle ably assisted by Liz and Caitlin. The salon's been covid-19 protected for both customers and staff and I felt safe. Roll on my next appointment.

Had my hair coloured cut and blow dried today first time for 4 months. All very safe only me and one other customer felt like a VIP. Jadene is my stylist and she is lovely and also very talented. I feel wonderful and my daughter says it’s taken 5 years off me. As I am 60 next weekend this is marvellous. Thank you Jadene

It was my first time today at Hi Style and I will definetly be returning, my colour looks amazing! All the ladies were lovely especially Caitlin who did my foils! The lie down chair at the basins was brilliant, very relaxing and just what I needed!

First appointment after lockdown and the staff at the salon had everything under control as expected. They are and always have been the best. Great to have my hair done as ever - no more grey ?

They are simply the best hairdressers from he very young to wedding hair to the mature lady and even sorting bad blonde on guys. They can do anything on anyone. Best of all they listen to the customer give advice so you come out with your hair the best it can be. Thank you all.

I have my haircut here today and I am very happy with the results. There was a lovely atmosphere in the salon and Liz who owns it and Caitlin who cut my hair couldn't have been kinder or more considerate. Caitlin actually helped me Fasten my coat. Altogether, a lovely experience and a super haircut, which I needed desperately.

Amazing very young girl did my hair I think her name was Caitlyn very good I was made to feel comfortable and she listened fully to what I wanted.

The staff are totally focused on the customers to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience. They listen carefully and make good suggestions. They are skillful with plenty of experience, which shows in the end result.

Moved to Shropshire 5 years ago and quite by chance found this excellent hairdressers, Megan cuts my hair and I can honestly say my hair has never been so good and so easy to manage. I am always offered complementary tea or coffee and everyone is helpful and pleasant.
