Have been attending this Salon for a couple of years. First and foremost I have really straight hair and had excellent cuts from more than one of the hairdressers. Always a friendly atmosphere and offered refreshment. Would highly recommend them.

Writing this on behalf of my Mum who in her eighties has not been to a hairdressers for years. Can no longer manage her long hair so wanted it cut short. Megan did a great job & Mum is so pleased with it.

I'm really quite disappointed. I went in and asked for a long bob. Shorter at the back and long at the front. I also showed the hairdresser a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. I didn't get what I wanted and was given a standard bob that is the same length the whole way round. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that despite it being a huge 3 inches shorter at the front than I wanted, it would probably be a good cut. They didn't have time to dry it as they squeezed me in so the hairdresser put some curl activating mousse in my hair to enhance the waves I have and off I went.
The following morning I washed and dried my hair and was so disappointed with the cut. I would even say I'm pretty annoyed about it. I wanted to ask for my money back but I have been working long shifts and can't get there to show them the awful cut.
Not only have they given me a different style to what I wanted but it isn't straight, there is a random short piece in the back and there were long chunks that were missed. My friend at work has had to snip these bits off.
I couldn't see these bits at the time because my hair was wet and scrunched with mousse.
I will not be going back nor recommending it to anybody.

As a new customer I was made very welcome. Thanks Jadene for the lovely cut and blow dry. Jadene listened to me carefully and styled my hair just as I wanted. I love the layered bob. Going back next week to have a few highlights.

I visited this salon for advice on my limp lifeless hair.. since then I've not looked back and now have healthy thicker hair. Loved my highlights done today by jadene, once again another fabulous job, always gets the colours I want spot on ???????? thank you jadene! One happy customer ????????
