Everytime I visit, I feel like I’m visiting home from home. The girls are so welcoming and Ceri nails my hair every single time! I have so many compliments of my ginger hair looking so natural! I’d never go anywhere else and I can’t wait to have these talented ladies to do my wedding hair in 2025!

I have only been going to Major Extensions for 4+ years now and have been treated by a number of lovely hairdressers who are unfortunately no longer at the salon. Thankfully when the lovely Frankie joined the team and I couldn’t have been more pleased to have booked with her and continue to do so ever since! Frankie is extremely professional and talented, and above all is always an absolute delight, so lovely to chat to and shows great care for her clients. She always listens to what I would like and more importantly always gets it right or even knows what I want before I do! I always look forward to my appointments with Frankie no matter how long I’m in the chair for. Safe to say I will be coming back to Major Extensions and Frankie for my hair appointments even after I move back up to Manchester???

I've recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon close by, the staff were so lovely friendly and I enjoyed my little pamper I have to say...loved it, and I will definitely be returning now ☺️

Kelly is a new apprentice at the salon yet despite this she made me feel at ease that she was trying her best with my hair and colour application. Although she came across shy and a bit nervous at first i could tell she was a bit anxious and shy she was polite and friendly and well spoken. She offered me a hot drink and engaged in social conversation once she felt comfortable. Therefore making me feel welcomed into the salon. I hope she has a successful future in hair dressing.

Sarah did a brilliant job of fitting my hair extensions in for me again. I had a lovely wash & blow dry too & she styled my hair by straightening it (giving me a choice of how I wanted it styled) she also gave me advise on what hair products were best to use & buy
A very friendly and efficient service. She listened to me and asked me what I wanted. Made me feel welcome throughout my appointment also. Look forward to my next appointment at the salon

Had been thinking about having hair extensions for a while. Due to a stressful couple of years it took its toll on my hair. Hated my hair & how short and thin it had gone. Seen Frankie needed models so decided to get it in touch. Went to my consultation and Frankie was absolutely lovely made me feel at ease and was very professional. So went ahead to have the extension put in. Wow what a difference it has made not only to my hair but my confidence. The whole process from start to finish has been brilliant. The colour match is amazing and had nothing but compliments on my hair. Frankie is an assent to Major extensions. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!!

Frankie is amazing at what she does, cares for you as a customer and your hair. So lovely to chat with generally and I always look forward to my appointments. She really takes care of you.

The care, attention, advice, detail, above and beyond , fun, massage chair, top products, drinks, sweets, biscuits, styles, colours, perfect surroundings, temperature, safety, cleanliness.
I was worried about how many words could be used so bulleted the subjects so as not to miss one and these came to mind instantly and I am sure there are more.
I have difficult hair which has always had the best attention with Stacey but I could cry with the professionalism advice and finish of my hair during the last 2 years of a nasty divorce. I asked for my hair to be evidence that I was dealing with everything well during this time which to be honest has been heart breaking but my hair always went at the front of an imagine showing I wasn’t just fine but nothing would break me.
I have to say that looking at my hair in the mirror after Stacey could see my need here was more than a normal request gave more than I would ever have thought . Just a hairdo, by a hairdresser in a salon - well Iv tried to explain but my hair looked amazing, the time at the salon was and is my time away from it all and I may not be a model or beautiful but that’s how this lady makes me feel which in a divorce gave me one of the best pieces of armour I could of dreamt of - thank you and speechless x

She might be the boss of the salon, but she is also the BOSS at hair extensions. I travel from Chester monthly to have my appointment with Stacey and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Stacey has been doing my hair for over a decade (god I feel old!!) there’s no one I trust more than Stace.

Aside from being, the best in the business. She also has a fabulous team around her to help run and keep the salon as whole to the best and highest expectations for all clients.

Frankie truly made my experience in the salon a great one! I left there feeling not just beautiful, but in an amazing mood, she made me feel so comfortable and excited to rebook again ( which I have ). I have referred her to all of my friends which they all have said they are going to book in with her. She’s an amazing hairdresser and it was a amazing getting my hair done by her. Can’t wait to be sat in her chair again!!!

I can’t thank you enough for making my almost 6 year old feel so special. Emily can’t stop telling family members how she was treated to a juice & sweets while having tinsel in her hair. I have been going to Major extensions for 2 years and I am always impressed of the service they provide. The salon is modern, clean, comfortable and you always feel welcomed. The staff at Major extensions are extremely knowledgeable and professional. From the first consultation right through to today, every appointment is enjoyable and I always leave happy and with great hair!
My favourite part of the salon experience has to be the massage chair when having my hair washed. This is a bonus! Keep up the great work ladies!
