This was my first time at this salon and will definitely go back. From booking to hair cut it was a really positive experience. The lady in reception when I booked was warm and friendly. Then I met Scarlett who sat , listened made suggestions and then kept checking in that everything was ok. I would recommend this salon and the staff who I came into contact with. It can be a challenge finding a hairdresser who you feel comfortable with but I felt Scarlett was really keen for me to feel happy with my hair and I am.
