First time at Francesco hair salon yesterday and I will without a doubt be returning. It’s always a little daunting going to a new salon but any apprehensions I had disappeared as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone was so warm and welcoming.
I had a cut and blow dry with Tori. She was so lovely and I really appreciated her advice regarding hairstyle and treatments. My hair has never felt so healthy.

My stylist was not available for my scheduled appointment but the salon was very accommodating and fitted me in with another stylist in the same day which was very much appreciated. I was not asked to pay the additional charge for the more expensive stylist. Thank you

Honestly left the salon with the biggest smile on my face, such a good service and an amazing end result! Could not thank Scarlett enough, she really is an angel, and would definitely recommend to everyone! I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Louisa and I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. I haven’t had my hair cut in a long time and she made it such an enjoyable and comfortable experience!! I will definitely be returning and I look forward to my next visit!

This was my first visit to FG, and Tori cut my hair exactly as I had asked - very little off…..so many other hairdressers don’t really listen properly and end up cutting my hair much shorter than requested. I have post-menopausal thin and wispy blonde hair which is not the easiest to create volume however, Tori did a fab job! Hours later it’s still smooth and the most volume I’ve had in a long time. Tori applied a couple of Sebastian hair products which really helped too. I didn’t hesitate to book another appointment ?

I was completely astounded by what Tori was able to achieve with my brassy blonde hair with grey roots. All my locks are beautifully toned and shiny. Didn’t know that going grey could feel so good. She’s a star and also a special mention for Jane who is a star too.

Tori did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and made some good suggestions. She was meticulous in applying the colour and did a very precise cut, including undercutting the back to make my thick hair easier to dry. Totally awesome!

Scarlett came up with an inspired colour solution to make my hair look natural and Tori is a brilliant stylist who took the time to find out exactly what would be practical and suitable for me. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I am delighted with the results. It is expensive ( but worth the investment) and I hope these girls are getting paid a good rate for their hard work.
