Fantastic experience at the salon. Had a colour and cut and blow dry. Scarlet did a brilliant colour and Charlotte a great cut. Excellent customer service - would highly recommend to friends!! ???

As always Charlotte manages to turn a birds nest into a lovely cut . She is an amazing stylist and truly understands what I want . I would never use another stylist or salon .

What’s more important to me is if I get comment on my hair when I show family and friends and as long as my partner is happy as he pays for it that’s great and he said when I got home that Charlotte had given it a really nice cut. Also he liked the colour too. I personally would’ve liked to have gone a little bit darker but that will be more for the winter. Thank you Charlotte for my hair today.

Today I went in feeling miserable about my hair. Charlotte transformed my hair and now I am not miserable. I was treated to a pot of tea and water served in a small bottle. Great service from everyone. Thank you all.

Unhappy with the way my short hair had been cut at another hairdresser I booked an appointment with Charlotte. She immediately understood what needed to be done and explained what she was going to do to put things right. From being welcomed by the lovely Jane to the ever knowledgeable.and rnthusiastic Charlotte and team, I am always made to feel special, fabulous and look great! From saving me from the worst toner mistake I ever made, where I dyed my hair silver instead of platinum and ended up with the worst grey I've ever been. Charlotte came up with a fabulous pink solution that made me feel fantastic and cheered me up no end!! Charlotte has brilliant ideas and my undercut today looks chic and exactly what I wanted, without even knowing it's what I want!! Scarlet is fab at sorting my hair dye / bleach. Thank you all.
