For many years keep coming to this hairdresser salon and never disappointed; and today First time I led Loui do my hair and he overwhelmed as I have been treated for my dry scalp thoroughly, most importantly he listened and stay dealing with my hair a 100% without sharing with other customers. 🤗 happy customer

I normally have mae or Sophie for my hair & they are both fantastic !! Today I had Sophie and she did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease to achieve the desired look. I’ve been going to fusion for my hair now for years. Sophie is, as it says above a miracle worker. No matter what colour or style I throw at her, she always delivers exactly what I asked for and then some. She’s also just such a lovely person, she makes me feel comfortable and the conversation flows and is often so funny. Can not recommend her enough. Aside from this fusion is just a lovely environment to be in and it’s sooooo lovely to see how all the staff there get on so well 🥰

I moved from Glasgow and really did think I would never find a hairdresser in Shrewsbury. Then I met Mae and the team and hallelujah I am happy again. Mae is talented, interesting and such a lovely person. She listens, advises and follows through technically on what she promises. The support team are lovely as well and make for a great experience. The salon should be proud of itself as they provide a relaxed, proffesional and inclusive first class service.

So I booked an impromptu restyle with the lovely Loui (who I found quite randomly through the powers of Facebook!) I've had my hair cut at Fusion before but it was many years ago.

From the moment I walked into the salon I felt welcome. I was made comfortable and offered a drink. The customer service was truly second to none. It was clear to see that the staff worked as a strong and cohesive team. As a customer it is always lovely to see colleagues having a laugh. It really felt like one big happy family! As a customer I think this puts you at ease.

Loui is an exceptional hairdresser. For someone at the beginning at his hairdressing career, you can tell that Loui is going places. Loui has clearly worked really hard to develop his skills and techniques. Loui works takes great care to achieve the look that you want. And his communication skills are fantastic for someone of his young age. Loui's personable approach is something that can take years for a person to develop professionally, but it comes naturally to him.

The wash, cut and blow dry I received was excellent - I was so happy with the result. Loui also used a moisturising product sold at the salon which has brought my hair back to life after colour damage. It has not been this soft in months. Loui also restyled mu hair, cutting in a fridge, which he did carefully and gradually to achieve the right look.

I am so glad I gave this young man a chance to cut my hair. We've already discussed possible colours so I will definitely be returning to him!

I hope Loui gets all the praise and credit, because he truly deserves it.
