So I booked an impromptu restyle with the lovely Loui (who I found quite randomly through the powers of Facebook!) I've had my hair cut at Fusion before but it was many years ago.

From the moment I walked into the salon I felt welcome. I was made comfortable and offered a drink. The customer service was truly second to none. It was clear to see that the staff worked as a strong and cohesive team. As a customer it is always lovely to see colleagues having a laugh. It really felt like one big happy family! As a customer I think this puts you at ease.

Loui is an exceptional hairdresser. For someone at the beginning at his hairdressing career, you can tell that Loui is going places. Loui has clearly worked really hard to develop his skills and techniques. Loui works takes great care to achieve the look that you want. And his communication skills are fantastic for someone of his young age. Loui's personable approach is something that can take years for a person to develop professionally, but it comes naturally to him.

The wash, cut and blow dry I received was excellent - I was so happy with the result. Loui also used a moisturising product sold at the salon which has brought my hair back to life after colour damage. It has not been this soft in months. Loui also restyled mu hair, cutting in a fridge, which he did carefully and gradually to achieve the right look.

I am so glad I gave this young man a chance to cut my hair. We've already discussed possible colours so I will definitely be returning to him!

I hope Loui gets all the praise and credit, because he truly deserves it.

Michelle, as ever, went above and beyond. She’s very skilled at making sure the haircut you request fits with your face shape and how you will style it at home etc. And all the team are lovely!

Mae is always so warm and welcoming. She also listens really carefully to what I think I might want, then gives her honest opinion about what will suit me or not suit me. Overall really happy with the result and will definitely be back.

I visited the salon for the first time today and had my cut and colour done to perfection by Mae. I have fallen in love with the rose gold pink colour and beautiful root colour which looks incredible. I feel like a new woman! It's a lovely atmosphere in the salon and Mae is a really warm, friendly and talented stylist. I have already booked to go back in November and will be recommending to friends and family.

Always a fantastic haircut and colour by Mae. She always knows exactly what I want despite me not knowing myself! Mae is so easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease knowing the haircut will be perfect every time. After having my hair done by Mae for over two years, it feels as though I am just going for a chat with a friend and getting a gorgeous haircut at the same time.

Couldn’t image going anyway else for my hair. The girls are all sooo friendly , but also excellent at what they do. Rachel my stylist and colourist gets it right every time.

I’m a regular client for over a year now. Rachel always cuts my hair well. And today she even fitted me in when I was late because I forgot my appointment.
