I have been having my hair done with Sophie since 2018 and am never disappointed. She listens to what I ask for, knows my hair and I have beautiful styles every time! The team are so welcoming it’s a pleasure to see them all every time I visit!

Sophie as good as ever but the new girl who assisted with the treatment and shampoo was very rough with my hair. Back of my top was wet too.

Sophie has been colouring and cutting my hair for a few years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. I love my balayage, which is incredibly low maintenance. I consistently get great service and beautiful hair every time.

I am over the moon with my hair! To go from a grown out balayage, to a fabulous blonde in one sitting is amazing! Dani is an amazing hair dresser, so knowledgeable and makes you feel a million dollars!

Visited after a friend referred me, I asked for a price list. They said they don’t have one but for what I wanted started at £38 depending on the person who cuts it, they then asked when I would like the appointment in which I replied today. They immediately asked me to take a seat and started washing my hair. I then felt concerned and asked how much it would be, she replied £55. I now felt under pressure to continue and felt bad to leave so I mentioned that my friend who referred me paid only £33. I think she replied that it must have been cut by someone else. She then just continued and didn’t ask me if her price was okay. Also it was quite hot inside. I just looked and no prices listed on their website are even that high. The result was good but I wish you had been more fair with me and given me time to decide. Now I wish I had never stepped through the door. I feel a bit scammed and I wish they can refund the difference.

i’m chuffed with my hair cut today. i have difficult hair ... its very fine. But it looks great today. Nice ambience in the salon and good cup of coffee!

I love this salon and have always had a great experience there. All the staff are very welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I love the massage chairs during the hair wash! Sophie always does a fantastic job of my hair and is also great at fitting me in for fringe trims between cuts. She once fit me in at five minutes notice for an emergency fringe trim the day before a wedding! I always look forward to getting my hair done here and the whole experience of it feels like a real treat.

Just had my first haircut at Rizzo with Jade. So pleased with my cut, Jade couldn’t have been more helpful, asking what I wanted every step of the way. I love it!

Jayde and I discuss how to develop my haircut and agree a way forward. Jayde listens very carefully and takes time to find solutions. The results are excellent and it is so good to receive such a professional service.

Dani is very professional and knowledgeable. First time at Rizzo and I will be back.
