I was late after a terrible journey on M5, but they accommodated me and had me sorted with drinks and biscuits in no time at all. My hair looks amazing as always and just exactly how I wanted it (very platinum blonde). I love this salon! Thanks girls and boys x

Luke is amazing. Luke always colours and styles my hair and on this occasion wanted hair extensions. Luke was so helpful and got the exact colour that matches my hair and the quality is outstanding, I could not be any happier with the end result. I highly recommend Luke as his desire and passion for what he does is clearly evident through the end result in which you get.

I was recomnded Rizzo by a friend and it certainly didn't dissapoint, walking in it was such a lovely friendly atmosphere where I was greeted by the staff, I had a lovely hair wash and relaxing treatment put on and then my hair beautifully blow dried by Luke!! I have such thick hair so find it hard to find a good hair stylist but now I've found one thank you luke for making me look so glamorous!! Ive booked back in to have my cut and colour done and will definatly be a familiar face in the salon... Highly recommend!!

I am a regular customer (every 5 weeks) and always have Katie. I am always made to feel welcome and all the staff are so friendly. Katie is excellent and transforms my hair to looks amazing every time I go. She knows exactly how my hair reacts and what’s best for it.
Due to my work commitments I occasionally have to change or cancel appts and all the staff are accommodating and helpful to assist. I would definitely recommend this salon and I always look forward to going and enjoying the experience and the friendly environment.

Needed to lose the heaviness of my thick white hair for the summer heat. Luke listened carefully and did a wonderful job. The cut is lighter and so easy to manage.

After having long shapeless hair for years, I booked my appointment needing something different, but apprehensive to do so. Sophie was patient, cutting it in stages, and took control when I hesitated, which was exactly what I needed! Overall super happy with the results, will definitely be coming back again!

I’m new to Shrewsbury & was nervous sbout viditing a new salon, but a recommendation to visit Luke @ Rizzo was great advice!
Luke really took the time to find out about my hair (what it’s like, what products I use, how I like it finished etc) which really helped.
He gave me such a lovely cut & blow-dry - the best I’ve had in years.
I’m delighted & think I’ve found my new hairdresser!
