Hollie is a fab colourist - a slight change of colour for me recently and she understood straight away what I was looking for and made it happen. Charles just ‘gets’ my hair and always cuts and styles it perfectly every time. The entire RB team are brilliant; all friendly, no drama and exceptional customer service. I won’t go anywhere else!

My first visit… My stylist (Latee) was amazing, so helpful, very pleasant and extremely professional… instantly I had great confidence in her… everyone was so friendly, the salon is fab and my whole experience was ‘just wonderful’ … so impressed I have already booked my next 3 appointments 😊

I have had numerous colours and cuts here and will not go anywhere else, very professional and talented, my hair is wonderful when I leave, nothing is too much trouble, friendly too!

Millie always makes my little girl feel so special! Talks to her, gives her drinks and biscuits, cuts her hair beautifully and makes sure she is 100% happy and doesn’t rush just because she is a kid!

Holly is always professional, friendly and bubbly and amazing with colour- an absolute gem!

As always, my hair was cut perfectly. I was given options during hair cut to make changes or ensure the cut was exactly what I wanted. A fabulous experience as always.

Holly did my colour first. The whole experience feels so special and I know I’m in safe hands.

Ellie has been cutting my hair for a while now. It’s always an excellent cut and knows exactly how I like it done.

I was helped my many of the wonderful team at Royston Blythe Shrewsbury and each of them left a very positive impression.

From my initial consultation with Hollie J where she confidently advised me on my hair colour and then delivered on the day, to arriving at the salon and being greeted by a delightful receptionist and another junior, Chloe and Caitlyn assisting, who seem very knowledgable about what they do and then Millie who gave me a really healthy sleek looking cut. Every member of the team I interacted with was so friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease. I’m very happy with my cut and colour. I will definitely be back.

Had an excellent experience at RB Shrewsbury. The ladies are truly professional and very knowledgeable. There friendly nature makes me commit to having my hair treatments done here as opposed to London where I live.

Only thing, change the wrapped biscoff biscuits & get less sugar in the pots . My hot chocolate was lovely though.

The best colourist.. Kevin gets to know and understand his clients in so doing he makes sure they leave the salon 100% satisfied.
