This was my third appointment with Ella. She is always friendly and chats with me. She is clear with what we are doing each appointment. This time it was half head foil colour and trim.

Really happy with my colour, cut & curly finish with Clare today - she always seems able to make sense of my rambling explanations & work out what I want, even when I don’t really know myself! She’s really friendly, listens to & remembers my preferences & always thinks of the little things, like providing wipes to remove dye from my hairline. Today I had the hair relaxing treatment. I have thick curly when wet and frizzy when left to dry hair. The treatment took a couple of hours with amazing results. My hair has lost the bulk and looks straighter. I haven’t washed and dried it myself so can’t comment on how easy it is to style myself but I’m told it will be easier.
