They could not do the hair style I requested. so disappointed , they really messed up my hair. My husband and my girls were not impressed with the results either. The back was cut uneven so returned to get it fixed, which I was charged for. Even after this the haircut was well below acceptable standards and had to be fixed at home .My friend told me her experience was not good too, she wasn’t happy. Either her colouring. I would avoid wasting your time and money. Never again .

Really happy with my colour, cut & curly finish with Clare today - she always seems able to make sense of my rambling explanations & work out what I want, even when I don’t really know myself! She’s really friendly, listens to & remembers my preferences & always thinks of the little things, like providing wipes to remove dye from my hairline. I’m very particular about my colour & she’s always willing to try out new combinations to get the result I want. Definitely recommend!

Clare was fabulous throughout. She listened to my ideas, kept referring back to me regarding what colour/toner I wanted and gave advice when needed. The end result was amazing and my hair looks so healthy even though it has been bleached!
