This was my 1st visit to the salon and Claire was very attentive listening to me as I am hard of hearing she was very patient and really took in what I was doing for, and cut my hair exactly how I explained I want it, she took great care of me being an elderly woman, for which I will now return to Claire in the future. I am hoping is the right person as she told her name Izze so this can be Izzabella she did good job I am so happy as she didn't rush she took good time as I have very thick and long hair mostly people when I been to other hairdressers they try to do in rush and before even start they get disappointed as they have to do hard work! So honestly I am happy that Izze was honest and I can say she love her job that's how it should be specially doesn't matter if you have bad day but when client paying for treatment they are there for to treat themselves not to get upset so see staffs what they been through or going through with all due respect I am not being rude we all go through some difficulties but being professional you need to build that connection with clients specially new one so they can become regular to make them feel special .
Only one thing I was bit disappointed as on phone I been told wash cut,dry style £30 but over the till she took £35 but did not ask any questions why because I did not want to make my day bad and sour I made up my mind on chair while having hair cut to give her tip as she worked hard that was my choice I am not showing off for this but I was not sure that the person on phone book me I dont know her name if I knew I would have asked why its different price but I thought Izze did not book me over phone that's what I am thinking so hope I am going to give it another go next time I will make sure who booking me in and they wont charge extra next day when I have my treatment.
