Francesco Hair Salon - Telford, Shropshire

I have used the salon for many years, but recently my stylist left. Today I had my hair done with Betty for the first time and I am on love with it. She nailed the colour and style, I must have come across as very picky when discussing what I was hoping to achieve.

She took her time to talk me through each step and check I was happy. As someone who suffers with anxiety, and change Betty really made my time in the salon relaxing.

A good experience Sarah understands the look I'm hoping to achieve in time. .sha also listens when I say "just the tiniest ends off" so overall I'm pleased .

Another lovely haircut done by Ella. Since I came to Ella my hair is in much better condition, more thicker and fuller as I have always had very fine hair. She also advises me on the best hair products to use on my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I came in for the first time for a colour and cut. Best thing I ever did! Colour is amazing! Has a lovely natural tone to it but it some lights has a pinkish tone to it which I love!!! Betty did my cut and blow dry which was gorgeous she did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks amazing!!! Brought some products as well which I can't wait to use! A credit to the business these ladies! See you soon!

Sorry can’t remember both girls names !! What a fantastic experience, the girls had such vast knowledge and were able to deal with condition issues and offer sound advice and products to use to rectify damaged hair, and my daughter left looking a million dollars , she loves her hair- we will never visit another salon again - we are here to stay!

Unfortunately poor service today and hair cut not what was wanted at all.

However they did rectify things as best they could as soon as the issue was raised.

As always I came away from the Salon feeling 100% better , I have naturally curly hair and for years haven’t been able to find someone who can cut it and style it as I like , until someone told me about Sarah at Francesca’s , she knows how curly hair works and it’s always spot on. Sara has been my stylist for many years. She knows what I like and always had suggestions that work for me. I have changed my style and colour numerous times over the years and have always been very happy with the result. Highly recommend her

I was introduced to Charlie and she has been incredible. Her recommendations especially on hair colour are outstanding. It's a breath of fresh air. I would mention separately when I have a treatment I prefer a scalp massage to make that an experience.

Yet again a fantastic cut. She has been with Faith from long to the brave chop and beyond. Always a pleasure. Faith struggles sometimes but Charlie is fantastic with her.

i hated my hair cut, not what i wanted i even showed photos, came out all choppy and she covered it with curls so i couldn’t tell. the layers wasn’t even blended in

I’ve been visiting this salon for a number of years and always receive excellent service for myself and my children. I usually see the salon director Sarah, who is highly skilled, professional and friendly and welcoming.

She was very thoughtful, remembered that I don't have too much off and her work was outstanding!

Sarah always does an amazing job and has such good people skills..
I am always made to feel comfortable and have a clear idea of whats next throughout the appointment.

All of the staff are very welcoming and polite everytime I've been in and i go every 5ish weeks.

Absolutely fantastic, to have a stylist who is confident to work with black afro hair and know what would suit you in terms of colour and cut. Brilliant.

Charlotte has a lovely, bubbly personality and I always enjoy our chats when she does my hair. She does a great job and is a real asset to your business- she gets 5 stars from me ?. The salon is always lovely and clean and tidy and all the other staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Charley is so nice and makes my experience of going to the hairdressers lovely as I am not great in front of a mirror and does my hair so nice and I can just sit with no hassle

Super friendly salon team, really fresh and clean salon with great coffee ! Sarah’s (owner) experience shines through and although a franchise of a large group you get the private owner experience which I cannot fault. I highly recommend!
