Just all round disappointing. Cut lasted about 30 seconds, and barely looked any different. I did say I didn’t want to go much shorter but I did book and pay for an actual cut. Also longer on one side, had to snip bits off since. Blow dry was terrible too. Had to rush home and do it again, zero volume or root lift in curly hair leaves a really flat pair of curtains on my head. And I wasn’t even offered a glass of tap water unlike the other customers. Really surprised as I’ve used this salon for a long time and had great cuts and service.

My short hair style was in desperate need of a trim so I booked with Betty for a cut and blow dry. Betty took the time to listen to what I wanted at the start and made a few suggestions. The end result did not dissapoint and I left the salon with a smile on my face!

Sarah transformed my hair today! My jaw length bob was tired and (I thought)would need to lose a lot of length.
Sarah skillfully removed the weight, sharpened the shape and in no time restored lustre and movement to my hair.
Incredibly skilled and wonderfully friendly, I can't recommend Sarah enough!

Absolutely love my hair. Always have my haircut done from Betty since the start of the year and I love it every time. First ever time I’ve had a balayage done by Betty. Left it all to her to do what she thinks would look good for me and I have to say she did a brilliant job of it. Definitely recommend Betty! So, where to begin! My hair was just yuck (sad face) it was dry, knotty, brassy and dull, I could go on! But not anymore. I booked a consultation with Sarah in the hope that my hair could be saved and she did not disappoint. All the options, outcomes and costs were explained to me clearly, no jargon and I didn't feel I was being pushed in to having anything done or rushed to make a decision.
