I’m over the moon with the finished results - I had full head colour, cut and blow dry - not been to a salon for over 12 months.
Ella made me totally at ease from the outset and did a fantastic job - amazing work from, to quote Ella - I’m only an apprentice - this aside I would highly recommend Ella to others.
I’ve already booked in with Ella in 8 weeks times.

The atmosphere in the salon is professional, relaxed and friendly. Led by expert Sarah, there is a palpable culture of camaraderie and team work and it’s great to feel part of that as a customer. The salon is clean and very nicely presented and I came out with the colour that I asked for but done in a way which was highly consultative and reassuring. Enjoyed my visit and looking forward to next time.

I have been having my hair done with Ella for a while now. She always provides a professional and friendly experience for me. She knows how I like having my hair and always gives me good advice on different products to help strengthen and keep my hair in great condition. I naturally have very fine hair but since Ella has been cutting it, I feel it has got thicker and is in a much better condition. I won’t go to anyone else now!
